Everything was clean, tidy and ready for us when we arrived. The host provided speedy responses and was thorough in the provided instructions when coming to the cabin. Very cozy, tucked away cabin for a small group of people. It’s about a 10 min drive to Fayetteville. If you’re here for the rural areas, this is the best place to be.

I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one was by far the smoothest of any of them. I had a mix up on my end but the host was very responsive to my mistake. The place was exactly as described, very clean and actually had a neutral scent to it when we first walked in.I would definitely recommend this host and their property to friends and relatives. We will stay again if we're ever in the area looking for lodging.I'd give a 10/10 on all accounts.

Cabin was very quaint and it was great to get some rest amidst a busy weekend. The driveway was a little difficult to navigate or figure out how to get down to the cabin and I don’t remember reading that detail before I arrived. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity to be in the area. There were lots of details/amenities that were appreciated.

It usually keeps the cabin plenty cool, along with the added comfort of the window unit in the back bedroom! The book provides lots of helpful information about the cabin, along with our checkout procedures. Thank you again for staying with us!

We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Cabin was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated for the fall! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning and evenings, nice quiet neighborhood and very close to Fayetteville. Will definitely come back!

The cabin was a perfect fit in price, location, size, amenities and hosts. Three sisters ages 79, 81, and 88. We loved the secluded feel, but only a few minutes from town. Highly recommend.

Great cabin for family visit to UofA

Beautiful country view and easy access to everything around Fayetteville- host was excellent, clean and quaint cabin w everything. We enjoyed the serene setting and quiet neighborhood- beautiful views from front deck and escape from busy world.

Hidden Gem! The cabin is super cute with all the necessities!!

The cabin is adorable and in a great location! Close to U of A! Its lovely finishes and a fantastic front porch to sit outside and watch the fireflies make the place feel cozy and warm! I would definitely stay here again!

Quaint Cottage

We had an excellent stay. Everything was in order and ready to go when we arrived. We wish it was available for more weekend stays through football season.
