Sugar Beach 337 - Beachside Complex

Sugar Beach 337 is a 1 bed, 2 bath condo that will accommodate 4 guests. 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Low density, family friendly complex directly on the beach. Newly renovated with stainless appliances, granite countertops throughout, LVP floors throughout, flat-screen TVs, and new decore. Great location within Sugar Beach with side views of the beach and Gulf from the private balcony. Enjoy the view from the balcony, or take the elevator down to the boardwalk and enjoy the sugar sands of the gulf. Relax in one of the 4 pools. One is heated during the winter.
Sugar Shack snack bar open during the summer season. BBQ and picnic tables available on site.
Condo is located on the third floor. Main level has the kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and full bath. Upstairs is the bedroom with king bed and 2nd full bath.
Allergy friendly - pet free for over 6 years.
Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach during summer season.
Conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, Gulf State Park, shopping and many other attractions. A car is recommended.
Rental Agreement to be signed with 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $250 required. Parking pass is $35 per car, limit 2, to be purchased onsite. Only one pass permitted during holidays.

Great location and host!

The property is older but well kept. The condo was clean and well stocked and the host was responsive to all our needs. We truly enjoyed the pool and beachfront location and have already booked for next year.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We have stayed in this condo the past 3 years and have enjoyed it every time. It is perfect for my husband & I. It’s always very clean & has everything we need. The beach is great and there are 3 nice pools. The owner is always so helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend you check it out.

Summer Vacation 🌞

This property was amazing! View of the beach from the balcony. Close to restaurants & grocery store. We watched the fireworks from the beach! Only one elevator was working so that wasn't as convenient but we managed! I would definitely stay here again!!!

End of school getaway

This place was awesome!!! The pools were nice and clean, the “Sugar Shack” was reasonably priced and had enough to get you through the day if you wanted. The place was very clean when we entered. Parking was tight, but doable. The beach access was as good as it gets! The place was a little dated and there wasn’t much in walking distance, only reason for 4/5…

Our condo is always very clean. It has kitchen well equipped nice size bedroom it is also has two roomy bathrooms we always have a great stay here Renee is so easy to get in touch with . I would highly recommend this condo to anyone will be back next year Lord willing ❤️🙏😘

Excellent family getaway location!!

We love staying at Sugar Beach condos! Specifically this one and another we have stayed in with the same owner. Renee is so easy to communicate with and makes sure we have an easy booking and check in experience. We love that this location isn’t as crowded as the larger complexes, so beach access, elevator access, pool and luggage cart access are always easily available. The condo itself is clean and well maintained. Our older kids slept on the pull out downstairs and the adults slept on the huge comfortable bed upstairs. Would totally recommend this location, condo, and owner to families looking for a fun getaway!

Perfect

Condo was very clean, was well stocked with cookware/silverware, short walk to the beach. It was nice to have keypad and not worry about a key. The host takes great pride in cleanliness of condo, checked in with us to ensure satisfaction of condo and to assess if there were any issues she needed to address. The booking/checkin/checkout process was made with ease. We were very satisfied with the unit and would stay again.

Property and Complex feedback

The property itself met our overall needs. It’s was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Renee was very responsive and pleasant. However, we were very disappointed in lack of pride, upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the common areas of the Sugar Beach complex.

Will be back hopefully

I rented this for my mom's 68th birthday trip. She wanted on the beach. This was perfect for her. We were not far from the rear elevator and a short walk to the beach. The sugar shack on the ground floor was also a nice addition. We would go to the beach in the morning, come back and get lunch from there, then go up to the condo and eat and take a nap during the hottest part of the day and back down around 3 for an evening beach stay. She now wants us to make this an annual trip.
