Sandi, Thank you for leaving a review. We do take every single guest comment very seriously. We are a small local company known for excellent guest services and having many repeat clients. Our office is open during season (also during your stay) till 4PM on Saturdays but closed on Sundays, open regular business hours during the week. We do have a 24 hour emergency line so we can be reached at any time should any of our guests experience issues. This information is given to our guests prior to their arrival, it is included in their check-in packet and is also part of our after office hours voicemail recording. Your party was given the correct and working keys at the time of the check-in, they were returned to us bended and damaged by inappropriate usage which caused them to become unusable. We have provided you with a new gate key upon your request. However we felt that the amount of calls and emails (and the tone) received even after the issue was already resolved was highly inappropriate. We hope that your stay was otherwise pleasant.
