Outstanding in all categories! Home is spotless and turnkey ready. Host communication was timely, concise and informative for all aspects relating to our visit. The neighborhood and setting was convenient, safe and relaxing, Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Family enjoyed the large pool area and fishing in the canal. Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation and we will certainly look forward to returning

Floridays was a really welcoming home for us to relax at during a family reunion. Clean with plenty of supplies, high quality linens, mattresses and towels. We enjoyed the ample leisure spaces inside and out with high quality furniture. The pool was relaxing to swim in and look at. Thanks for the lovely stay!

We have stayed here 4 times now. It has always been wonderful. It is quiet and peaceful. Just floating around in the pool, watching the water flow in the canal, sitting out in the screened area having morning coffee and tea. Whatever you need, they have it. We enjoyed being able to grill out. The neighbors are all friendly and the neighborhood dogs get together everyday and hang out in the evening. Our dog was very happy about that. If we could buy this place, we would.

We stayed here for a 9 days in April and absolutely loved it. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The layout made it easy to relax, and the screened pool area quickly became our favorite place to unwind. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime.The location worked great for us — close enough to everything we needed in Lake Placid and just a short drive to Sebring. The well‑equipped kitchen, and overall cleanliness made the stay feel effortless.We’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable place by the lake.

Perfect house!

We recently spent a long weekend with family in this wonderful home. It was clean and stocked with absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and super helpful with all questions before our stay. I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful home … very comfortable for us to stay there. Great location for anything in the Lake Placid area. Pool area was outstanding … has a large covered sitting area so you can get out of the sun if you choose but still be part of the pool side activities. Highly recommended !!! Jeff

Beautiful home

We loved this home it was very nice. Had plenty of space for big groups. We had 7 adult men sleeping comfortably in this home. Had a nice time in the pool and the lake after work. Would definitely stay again

Couldn’t ask for a better place! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were extremely nice. The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the canal dock enjoying the evenings. Will definitely book again.

What an amazing place! We've stayed and many rentals and this was one of the cleanest and best "stocked" places we've ever stayed! They thought of everything - from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the pool - everything! Every kind of cookware/glassware utensil we could have imagined. Who thinks of putting little flashlights in the nightstand drawers or smartly-placed night lights to get around at night, or outlet covers that have built-in USB chargers everywhere - they did! Even left us a very nice Yeti-like cooler to use! Towels a plenty, comfy beds, a great backyard/pool area. We can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks to the Manns (our hosts) for sharing your home with us! We had an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable time! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely look you up! 100% recommend!

Wonderful home

If I could buy this property, I would! Clean, open design, rooms were big. Kitchen had everything you needed. Loved the shower in the master bath. The saltwater pool was great. Furnishing of home was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood. My family very much enjoyed our stay.

Just Right

What a home away from home should. The house was clean and tidy. It was a breeze to get in. Owner has the house very organized. The stay at this property was very delightful. My wife and I have rented over a half a dozen of properties like this, and this by far was the best experience.
