This minimalist Californian-themed home has a porch, deck, and a paved backyard for easy access to the lake. Relax on the deck and back porch, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the serene non-swimmable lake in this quiet neighborhood. You'll have exclusive lake access, go fishing, swing in the hammock, or take a 10-minute short stroll to the beach. The house is in a prime location--a short drive to great food and local attractions (see more detail in the "Neighborhood description" section).
The entire home has tons of natural light, new furniture, high-quality appliances, and smart TVs in each room (the biggest we can get for the space–65’’ in the living room!). The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s also a charcoal grill out on the deck for delicious meals.
Going to the beach? We have beach towels and chairs ready for you!
We've tried to think of everything - enjoy the many other amenities!
BEDROOMS:
Sleep is so important to us so we bought the highest-rated beds and pillows along with organic high-thread cotton sheets, blackout curtains, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. We’ve even included an extra blanket and fan for each room so that you’re extra comfortable! Plus there are smart TVs in each room.
Bedroom 1 - main bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a workspace
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - two twin beds
BATHROOMS:
We have 2 full bathrooms and even included a baby bathtub in case you have a little one. Please note that the water heater has a limited capacity, so for larger groups, we recommend spacing out showers to ensure everyone has warm water.
KITCHEN:
Brand new high-end appliances with a fully stocked kitchen, and essential cookware. Or, visit the many restaurants nearby for fresh seafood!
DECK:
A private deck with an outdoor space: dining table, outdoor seating, a hammock, and a barbecue for your grilling needs.
LIVING ROOM:
Filled with a large sectional sofa and a huge smart 65’ smart (Roku) TV for you to relax in. There are games (full-sized ones too) and books for fun and so much more!!
For the families out there, we have childproofed the home as much as we could -- there's a pack-and-play, high chair, and bathtub too. We've hosted multiple families in our home.
For pet owners, we have a spot for their food and extra poop bags.
PANTRY:
As a bonus, we provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as plush cotton towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, essential toiletries (shampoo & body wash, conditioner) hand soap, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towels, and laundry detergent.
FRONT PORCH:
People watch while sitting on the front porch with your morning coffee :)
BACK PORCH:
Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake during sunset while sipping your favorite cocktail.
PARKING:
Free parking! Please park on the street or use the two designated parking spots at the back of the house on your side. There is also ample parking on the street. Please be mindful when using the driveway and ensure you don't block it at any time. Our neighbors also need access to their parking spots. Please drive safely to the various attractions.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
All homes along the coast are next to active train tracks. The noisy freight trains do not have a schedule so they may run during your stay. When they pass they'll honk to warn you.

We are in a coastal area and surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor pests passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter during certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.

Quiet neighborhood, 2.5 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to the Pass Christian harbor, restaurants, bars, shopping, live entertainment, a local coffee shop plus several locally owned boutiques. We are 15 minutes from coastal casinos and historic downtown Bay St. Louis. The Bay St. Louis Bridge also provides a beautiful view at sunset.
Free parking is available on-site and on the street.
We’re in the heart of Mississippi, ~1 hr from New Orleans, Louisiana, and near Biloxi. The nearest airport is Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport.
