We are delighted that you found the host responsive. This is something we pride ourselves on--- however, we would love some more feedback on your rating, despite the attentiveness of our awesome host. We are always looking for ways to improve your stay. We did note your request for additional blankets during your stay and offered to send more to you, since the ones that were there seem to have been misplaced- we unfortunately never heard back from you regarding that matter but were willing to send some to you ASAP. We do regret not having the opportunity to rectify this situation for you, as we could have easily done this with pleasure. We hope to welcome you back and make you next stay even better.

We also appreciate you acknowledging that we addressed the issues you experienced and were able to come to a resolution together. We’re sorry that parts of the home fell short during your stay. Since your visit, the broken blinds have been replaced, the door knob has been repaired, and the cabinet issue has been fixed. Your cleanliness concerns were related to food left on the dining table, stained dining chairs, and dog‑smelling/stained couch cushions — all of which our cleaner has since steam‑cleaned and shampooed. We also want to note that there was a significant amount of dog hair left behind on surfaces and carpets after checkout, but given the situation you encountered, we waived the additional cleaning fee. Thank you again for your honest review and for recognizing the steps we took to make things right. Your feedback helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
