This property has an ideal location, not too far from anything. The neighborhood is situated in the mountains, and you can enjoy the outdoors without going anywhere. We stay in A LOT of rentals, and this one has more checkout instructions than most, but the views and comfort of the property make up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very clean, perfect location. We had all the amenities we needed. Views were amazing, hot tub was an added perk. Perfect house for our family trip! Only negative was the couch in the basement was in rough shape, flaking and leaving pieces on clothes if you sat on it.

House is beautiful and has a gorgeous view! We did have a few hiccups, but the property manager responded quickly and came by to address the issues. Great house to rent.

This house was amazing, the photos from the deck do not do the view justice! The views are so beautiful the rooms were great and the house as a whole was wonderful. The location is far enough away from the busy downtown area but close enough that it doesn't take long to get there. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas as we stayed there just before Christmas and it felt so warm and inviting. We will stay there again the next time we visit Estes Park!

The host was so quick to respond. The view is beautiful and the home very comfortable. The treats and Thanksgiving and fall decorations made it extra nice to celebrate the holiday here. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room for us plus more. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The communication with the prop mgr was awesome. Very fast and responsive. There were 8 adults and the house was just what we were looking for in our stay. The kitchen area was fantastic and room for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit out on the deck. The bathrooms were fabulous. The house was in close proximity to the downtown Estes area.

What a great vacation!

The house was welcoming & comfortable. The deck was my favorite place to be! Location was so convenient to town, RMNP & other activities. We had a great time and thank the owners for sharing their beautiful home. Renee, the property manager, was very helpful & responsive as well.

We had a magical stay and the home is in the most glorious location--elk were roaming by and deer and bunnies and if you can stay here you will be glad you did.

Family Time in the Mountains

We loved our stay! The house was exactly as pictured and the views from the deck were fantastic. It was close to Estes Park city center and to the RMNP entrance. Great experience!

Mountain Luxury!

This house is an amazing mountain get away with a breathtaking view of Longs Peak! We so loved staying here and enjoyed the views, the wildlife and the quiet surrounding the property. We had an amazing trip!

Gorgeous Views and Wonderful Home

Pictures don't do the incredible mountain view from the back porch. Perfect access to Rocky Mountain National Park - Hosts were very responsive.

Convenient location on south edge of Estes Park. Property as described. It is very warm without air condition in the hottest part of summer, but there are lots of fans and is manageable. Very nice home.
