Many people enjoy the hot tub after a day in Rocky Mountain National Park. We apologize for the work being done on the public highway. The hot tub is regulated as to not go over our state required maximum temperature. I have checked our hot tub logs during the time you stayed and the temperature was not above the required temperature. We have quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. We are very happy to hear that you would recommend this unit, but am sorry that your stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been. Please, in the future, utilize our 24 hour emergency line if there are noise issues or you have concerns regarding your unit. We do hope to see you in the future for a return visit. Jamie

Krista: Thank you for taking time to write a review. You are correct in that we don't have A/C as we are at a higher elevation than the town of Estes Park. We are glad you could create a cross breeze with the fresh mountain air. We will pass your suggestions along regarding office and pool hours to our owners. We are happy the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
