All Bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the first floor. The bottom floor has a cozy living room, open kitchen and half bath and full sized laundry room area. If you are wanting to enjoy the beautiful sunset enjoy on the large screened in porch with a full size sectional and 6 seat dining room table. Private dock and Parking for up to three vehicles.
