Very nice condo with plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. The water pressure for showers is better than other condos we have rented before. The cleanliness of the condo could be improved and that was reported to the owner so hopefully they can make some changes to who prepares the unit for the guest. Communication with the owner was great and we hope to return for another vacation.

This property and room were both gorgeous! Everything was exactly how it was in the pictures. The room was gorgeous, design and decorations were perfect.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The property overlooks the pool and beach. It’s been remodeled so you feel comfortable and have everything necessary if you want to cook.

Great stay

We had a fabulous stay at the Edgewater. It was perfect for all ages and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Our host had great communication and was very responsive. We had a minor parking pass issue and this was resolved promptly after communicating with the owner. Would recommend and stay again!

Oceanfront Oasis

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway! Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and just steps from the sand. The views were incredible, and everything we needed was right there. The location is great, with shops and restaurants super close! Josh was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vaca!

This was our family’s 3rd year staying at Edgewater and it was all of our favorite condo! Plenty of space for our family of 5! Loved that we could sit on balcony and see our teenagers at the pool. Very clean, comfortable and decor is trendy and updated! We would love to stay in this condo again! Highly recommend!

Great stay

Really can’t say a bad thing about this condo. Cute decor, nicely updated, good central location of the entire complex, great use of space within the unit itself. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Highly recommend!

Solid condo nice resort. DJ and Live music, great bartenders at pool bars. Resort kept clean. Volleyball on beach, private parking gated. Go to American Charlie tavern and Shuckums..must stop seafood

Great start to summer

The condo was very well taken care of. We have 2 kids and there’s was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Perfect view of the pool and beach. We will definitely be booking again next summer.

Wonderful Vacation

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here. The condo was as beautifully appointed and centrally located to the lagoon pool and beach. The view was spectacular. The entire process was easy and the owner, Josh, communicated exceptionally. We have stayed at Edgewater for many years, and this condo has by far been our favorite. Highest recommendation you should book this one!

Our family has been coming to Edgewater for 12 years now, and the resort is amazing. This was our second time in this exact condo and it’s perfect. It’s updated and very well maintained. We have three kids and they are all in love with the built in bunk beds and then more bunk beds in the guest room. Josh the owner is great, if we had any questions at all he quickly responded and was very kind. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Summer getaway 2023

Very nice, cozy vacation we had. Beautiful view, ocean, pool entertainment, Starbucks corner, restaurant and the bar. The unit was very nice. I highly recommend to get that unit.Plenty of space for everybody.We loved it. Thank you, Josh

Perfect getaway

This condo has all you need. Appliances looked new(fridge still had the paperwork attached to it). Great location overlooking the pool. It was very clean and we had no issues at all. We have stayed at Edgewater several times and this is the most updated condo we have stayed in and would definitely stay again!

Awesome view - exceeded expectations

Overall the vacation went off without a hitch. The condo unit exceeded expectations. Clean. All updated. Great view, great location, great beach, great amenities. We loved the bar, restaurant, pool, hot tubs, golf, beach chairs, and on-site airbrush t-shirt shop. Would definitely go back.

Josh was so great to work with! I spoke with him a couple of times before our arrival & he was very quick to respond & extremely helpful. The condo did not disappoint on any level- the pictures actually don’t do it justice. Cleanliness is super important to us & met all of our standards. Thank you Josh for sharing your beautiful condo with amazing views with our family for the week we stayed!!
