Place was nice. Plenty of room for our family! Only downfall was not as many utensils in kitchen for cooking as would have liked and no grill on property. It was very clean, and access to everything on the resort was easy to get to and from! We would stay again!

Relaxing and beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and decorated beautifully, we were very comfortable and loved having such a beautiful ocean view. It was hard to leave and return to our normal busy life . We hope to return again next year . The only problem we had was the handle on the sliding door was loose and the front door would lock sometimes but did not a couple of times .Overall, we loved it at Panama City and enjoyed the condo and its location. We met some very nice people that are regulars there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a very beautiful relaxing vacation.

We have always liked the low rise and convenience here, However one da at noon a worker knocked on our door and said our AC unit hac a freon leak and the AC might stop. Sure enough it did. But I had to call the rental Company who did not give me an idea what would happen if no repair happened that day.. We spent the afternoon in a very warm condo. Repair was made at 8 pm thankfully we did not have to sleep in an unconditioned room. All else was fine.

Beautiful view and great condo

This property was amazing. Great views and easy access to the beach. We felt at home and welcomed in the condo. We will be staying here again in the future.

Home at the Beach

Edgewater complex has everything you could want at a beach stay. Walk out back door and there is the beach. Pools everywhere. The location is close to shopping eating and all the fun things to do with the family. Shipwreck Island bowling arcade etc. cannot wait to get back

My husband and I love the edgewater. We brought our kids and they had a blast the room had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was so easy.

My kids and I vey much enjoyed our stay! The condo was excellent, the views were perfect and location of stores from the condo was perfect. We really enjoyed the main pool and the amenities that came along with our stay! We will definitely be booking another stay for the future!

Awesome place to stay!

Location is great! Close to great restaurants and stores for shopping. Plenty of room, beds were comfy, bathrooms worked fine. Loved the beachfront floor to ceiling windows and balcony. No issues, only a great stay! I highly recommend.

Love this place!

We loved this condo. I don’t usually do reviews but this is an excellent place to stay. It has the perfect view of the gulf. Lots of space and modern feel. I will rent again!

Beautiful!

Beautiful location, view, beach, and condo. We are four friends (two couples) in our 70’s, and this condo was wonderful. The parking is close to the building and moving in is a piece of cake. Plenty of space, and everything is provided!

Great condo!

We loved this condo and our stay was great! The beds were comfy, the location was awesome & having no parking deck & short elevator trips was definitely a plus. Over the resort was awesome as well, many pools to choose from and never felt crowded. Everything was clean & pretty well stocked. We were missing a sheet pan for the oven but we bought one and left it there for the next guest :) we would definitely stay here again!
