What a perfect location for a weekend getaway. The place was clean and nicely decorated, It was quiet and the up north smells are the best. The location was great as well, close to activities and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Your place was perfect for our weekend getaway! Beach walk, bike ride, nature walk and a nice downtown area. We had it all!

We had a wonderful stay in Glen Arbor and couldn’t have asked for a better location than this condo. It started with a magnificent view of the bay and an easy walk-out to the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms have very nice updates. Communication with the owners was very easy with quick responses. We plan to make this a regular Fall trip.

Overall it was very refreshing. Quiet area and beautiful views. The only concern was the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to stay to stay there.

We’re happy to hear that you had a refreshing stay, enjoyed the peaceful views, and that you “highly recommend” our place to other travelers – that means a lot to us. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the queen bed wasn’t to your liking. This June we upgraded to a Beautyrest Black luxury mattress. Because of our own back issues, we chose a firmer model, though we completely understand that mattress comfort can be highly subjective and varies from person to person.

This property is absolutely stunning in every possible way: beautiful decor, well maintained, clean, and, on top of the list, the gorgeous view! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our up-north getaway.Also, very important, the owners were helpful and patient when I was trying to book their place. I'm definitely not the most computer savvy person on the planet but, with their assistance, managed to get through the booking process, thank goodness.Overall, a wonderful experience and stay!

Great location, clean & updated property!

Stunning view, backyard is the beach (can’t beat that!), perfect location to visit all nearby must see places, property was crisp and clean. Ann & Rick were amazing hosts!!

We had a wonderful 14 day stay. We liked the updated kitchen and bathrooms.The direct access to the Lake Michigan beach was a real plus for our 4 and 2 year old granddaughters.The view of the Manitou Inlet and the Manitou Islands was spectacular. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Postcard-worthy vistas from every west-facing window, with show-stopping skies at sunrise and sunset. The condo is just steps across the soft sand to Lake Michigan, with unsurpassable views of the Manitou Islands.The location is fantastic—close to wonderful restaurants (The Mill was outstanding!) and perfectly situated for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes, the wineries, Suttons Bay, and Traverse City. The river is also just a short walk from the condo, and it was such fun to see the salmon swimming upstream this time of year.Inside, the new sofa and chairs, remodeled kitchen and showers, and charming décor made the common spaces cheerful, comfortable, and inviting. The property was very clean and well cared for. The linens could use a refresh, and while our fellow travelers found the queen bed very comfortable, one of the upstairs twin mattresses was quite worn and not especially comfortable for an adult.The hosts were extremely accessible, communicative, and gracious throughout our stay. We also felt the price was exceptional compared with other listings in the community—an excellent value for such a beautiful setting and convenient location.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return!

Anniversary Get Away

We love Glen Arbor with its quaint shops and beautiful beaches:) It’s such a lovely spot with its gorgeous landscape and scenic roads. We had great communication with the property owners and the accommodations were as advertised.

Incredible beach week

Absolutely loved our beach vacation this year. The unit was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Loved the ease of being able to walk right out the beach directly from the deck. Glen arbor is our favorite summer destination and we can’t wait for next year!

Wonderful Stay on the shores of Lake Michigan

Our family had a wonderful stay, with every need met. It was lovely to be steps away from the water and to be able to cook our meals while on vacation in the recently updated kitchen. Too much to do in one stay, we will certainly be back!
