House was spotless! Very private and secluded. It ended up being rainy, windy, and cold during our stay which messed up our Grand Canyon plans. So the place was a perfect spot to hang back and relax. Washer and dryer conveniently in home, just bring your own soap. Kitchen supplies included. Host was excellent and quickly replied to messages. Gave us suggestions on what to do for our rainy stay. There’s also a lot of games at the home. It was a little bit pricy, but since it rained and we spent a lot of time here it was worth it. If you don’t plan to spend much time at the house and just need a place to sleep, probably isn’t what you’re looking for.

Lovely hosts. Clean home. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet. Enjoyed the porch with the rocking chairs. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon. I would recommend!

This property was perfect. It was clean and very private. We were close to the Grand Canyon, and this worked out well for us. The owner was so nice and accommodating. I would definite stay here again as my first choice accommodation.

Great comfortable place with an incredible centralized location. Being able to spend time in Sedona, Page, and around the Grand Canyon opened up a ton of experiences in the area. The amenities were all excellent and the extra offerings of snacks, waters, and basic cleaning and laundry needs were perfect. It was quiet and secluded. We would come back here again in a heartbeat.

The most perfect stay to start our 10 year anniversary trip. Things we loved about this home:- the mattresses are awesome! they are a more firm memory foam that is perfect for your back after a long day of hiking.- well stocked on everything: coffee pods, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash.- they have a brand new sofa that is different than in the picture. it's leather and has electric recliners built in that are so comfortable.- we love the views of the mountains in the distance from the peaceful front porch.- hosts were super communicative and had great suggestions.

Great hosts and great stay for anyone visiting the canyon. Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds with a spacious front deck and lots of subtle amenities that just made our visit really enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Cute ranch house. Very private. Dark sky location with a view of the Milky Way. Lovely setup with a fire pit for ambiance. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful homes and location!

Really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and beautiful views and great location close to the Grand Canyon! Host answered questions quickly and very nice! We will definitely be back for another stay!

What an excellent property! We enjoyed every moment we stayed at The Retreat. Keyless, so no worries about the arrival time (very convenient because of the long distances). So quiet and comfortable. Nice terrace to relax and enjoy your breakfast. Highly recommended!

Just WOW! Home was exactly as pictured, super clean, and perfectly stocked! We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the Canyon and the firepit was super each evening. Having coffee, condiments, and basics available in the home was great! Hosts were very responsive too - thank you!

Comfortable stay near Grand Canyon National Park

This property is about 30 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park. We liked the privacy and peaceful area. The house was clean and well stocked. Owner was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay, which included a day at the canyon and a sunset roasting marshmallows around the fire at the house. Would definitely recommend!

New Retreat Ranch

Very nice place to stay within minutes of the Grand Canyon. Pat and Kristy were wonderful hosts in responding to our requests and meeting our needs. You're out on the open prairie and can sit in a rocker on the porch or sit by a fire. You can experience sunrises and sunsets. We had a wonderful stay

Great place

The place was excellent for us. Close to Grand Canyon NP. It was so comfortable, private and clean. Kristy and Pat were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
