We’re sorry about the sand on the basement floor from the shuffleboard, the slow drainage in the basement bathrooms, the difficult dishwasher with the slightly broken top shelf, and the lack of chlorine in the hot tub. Those are issues that should have been taken care of before your arrival, and we’ve already scheduled cleaning, plumbing checks, dishwasher repairs, and proper hot tub maintenance.
