**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$800.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after the check-out;

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Bedroom 2: 2 double beds, window type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

OBS.: It has a bathroom between bedrooms 1 and 2, which can be isolated in one of the bedrooms, thus transforming it into a suite.
