This place is beautiful. It was the perfect for for our family to be able to bring boats and access the sound easily. The property was very clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and set the perfect tone for a relaxing week at the beach. We also loved that the property was a close drive to multiple towns and great food.

Perfect beach getaway

We enjoyed staying here and definitely will stay again!!! Perfect relaxing beach vacation house was plenty big for our family and right on the water for us to dock boat! We want to come back next year!

Wonderful Stay

Our family stayed here for the second year in a row. The house and neighborhood were as wonderful as last year. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Beach Trip

This place was absolutely perfect!! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Lynette was wonderful to work with. The views of the water was the best thing ever. We will be staying here again and can't wait.

Great home in an amazing location.

I just finished a month long stay at this home. Everything was wonderful and the location was perfect for running my boat out of both Beaufort and Bogue inlets. Lynette was fantastic to deal with and very responsive. I look forward to staying here again next November.

Family Friendly

The home is spacious and able to accommodate my family of 4 with plenty of room to spare. Access to the dock was great for the kids and allowed them to paddle board and catch crabs. Having access to the boat lift on site would have been nice but it was unavailable due to the owners boat being on the lift. All in all a great stay!

The weather the week we were there wasn’t the greatest. We were only able to boat 1 day. House was great. Very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for family and the yard was plenty big for boat trailer and for corn hole boards. Owner was available for an issue that arose but it was handled in a timely manner. Great communication.

Would definitely book with Lynette again! Fast and thorough communication, provided a lot of useful input when we asked about areas to boat to. We brought our 22 foot deck boat (w/deep v) down from NJ and kept it at the dock in the backyard. Ramp was super close and easy to access to get it in the water. Stayed for a week, we boated to Swansboro, Bear Island, Shark Tooth Island, Fort Macon, Shackleford Banks, Cape Lookout, Taylor Creek… wonderful location in middle of Bogue Sound. The house was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. Spent many nights/mornings on the deck or dock, caught some bait fish we were able to use for fishing. Easy drive to Atlantic Beach, Swansboro, Beaufort, or Morehead City for drinks or exploring. Looking forward to another trip down!

Roomy water front boating access

Awesome stay. Perfect location right on canal with dock for boat and ram just around the corner. Very nice house. Would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!!

comfortable place to relax

It's hard to find a place with enough beds. This fit the bill and was very comfortable to spend time relaxing on vacation. Our trip was hampered by weather so no boating but the house did what we needed.

Great location/aging house

The house is nicely appointed but in need of repairs. The floors are spongy and very uneven. Kitchen wear is very dated. Many blinds and curtains were inoperable because of missing or broken parts.
