Condo was great, clean, plenty of room for 4 adults two kids. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Spot for a Family Ski Trip

I stayed here with my wife and two daughters for a week long ski vacation. The place was perfect for the four of us. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the host was very responsive and accommodative. Would definitely go back.

Ski trip to Bald Mountain.

This was a very nice place to stay while skiing on Bald Mountain. It is a short drive to the mountain about 10 min. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us that stayed there. I will stay here again if I ever have the opportunity.

We just wanted to express how much we enjoyed our recent stay at your beautiful condo! It was absolutely amazing, and we found it hard to leave. The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy, which made our trip even more relaxing. The condo location is good for skiing Dollar Mountain. There was a strong smell of natural gas or butane just outside the front door. The included access to the community center was closed for repairs. Instead of walking a few minutes to use a hot tub, we needed to drive 5 miles away.

Second floor unit with a loft. Two bedrooms with queen beds. Two twin beds in the Loft. Worked well for our family of two adults and three kids.

Perfect for our family

This was a perfect spot for our family. The loft set up gave everyone their own space. Arrived very late to find a light on and the gas fireplace warming the unit on a cold night. The kitchen was well equipped with the pans and utensils we needed to make a big family dinner. The owner made sure we had access to the nearest amenities. The outdoor hot tub and cold plunge pool are always a treat after a day of great skiing. Thank you again for sharing your space!

The 2 level condo was the perfect set up for our family of 6. It felt open and had sunshine. Fans and baskets were appreciated. This condo seemed to have everything we needed,Z Parking was easy in the summer. The pool and hot tub close early, 7pm and the pickleball hours are short. We went to play at 3:50 and they were closing at 4. So we ended up going to the ketchup park to play. We enjoyed riding our bikes into sun valley and on trails and paths around Ketchum too. We would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean condo at a good price

This condo is good value. A few things I should have checked out earlier: no balcony or outside sitting area and windows facing another unit make it slightly confining, and bedrooms are on the small side. Nice to have a washer/dryer and the kitchen is well-equipped, but there was only a few minutes of propane in the grill tank. It's really 3 1/2 stars and I am not complaining, but it may not appeal to everyone.

Sorry about running out of propane, we have changed our procedure for checking propane and are confident we won't run out again. We too wish the balcony was larger and have been working with the homeowners association to get permission to enlarge it to a deck.

The property was as shown in pictures,even more comfortable and spacious. Great cabin for bigger groups. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would possibly need for a longer stay. It was endearing that people did pay forward, so we left some sugar and trash bags too, since we found some and spent it. There was enough towels and shampoos ( Costco size).Property grounds were wonderfully peaceful and kept clean. We used our pool passes and enjoyed huge hot tub.Place is 5 minutes away with the car from Sun Valley village and 7 from Ketchum.

Pleasant stay!

Convenient location. Up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. (The knives were even sharp!) Owner was quick to respond when we had an unusual request.

We enjoyed our stay at this location, easy check in, comfortable and clean. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Great location close to town and ski resorts. Great size for myself and two friends.

Christmas Holiday

This was a wonderful condominium that accommodated the entire family with its 2 bedrooms and loft area that is furnished as a spacious 3rd bedroom on the second floor. The unit has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and is conveniently located in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley, backing up to the slopes of Dollar Mountain. My family would enjoy staying here again for our next trip.

Fabulous condo in quiet area

This is our second stay at this condo. As clean and comfortable as I remember from two summers ago. Nicely appointed and in a quiet low key location. As on our previous stay, our host Bob, was very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is well stocked with spices etc and many more plates, glasses and bowls than the two of us needed. Great bedding and towels. Would highly recommend this Elkhorn condo!!!

Good but needs some maintenance

Good location and layout but upstairs shower doesn't drain properly and bathroom looks worn and in need of work. Upstairs queen bed may be broken as it tilts to the left side. Water to washing machine was turned off (not sure this was intentional). Condo could use a ceiling fan as upstairs was very hot at night.

Mike, sorry tub drain gave you trouble, I sure wish you would have called me. Our handy man had it fixed in about 5 minutes. It also took about 5 minutes to adjust the slat under the bed to stop the tilting. Yes, we do keep water valves shut off to the washing machine when it is not in use, this is to prevent a catastrophic water disaster when no one is around. One last note, there are two portable fans in the hall closet for those rare summer nights in Sun Valley that reach 80 degrees.

Fantastic condo in Elkhorn

The condo was perfect for our party of 3. Bob, the owner, was so easy to work with when a couple things came up. It was clean and spacious and very well-stocked. We would highly recommend staying in this lovely comfortable condo in a quiet area of Elkhorn.
