Welcome to Summit Breeze! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities (within walking distance) - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground. The house has 10 bedrooms! 6 are ensuite bedrooms, and 2 fun bunk rooms. As you walk into the home, you will notice the beautiful lakeview from inside the home. The main level deck is amazing, with plenty of seating and a propane grill. The living area has a fireplace and a big screen TV. Plenty of dining seating for the whole group - Just added an additional dining table. The lower level has a pool table, foosball, big screen TV, and arcade. The lower level leads to another deck with lake views, a hot tub, and fire pit. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities. Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Main Level - (1) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle, (1) bunk room with 4 twins

Upper Level - (2) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle

Lower Level - (1) 2 Queen Bedrooms, (2) 1 Queen with Twin, (1) Bunk Room with 3 twins

NO SLEEPER SOFAS

All bedrooms have smart TVs

Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials along with supplying toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, hand soap, laundry soap, and coffee. Book with confidence! I provide great customer service as noted in reviews of my other properties.

Conveniently located close to Branson Strip and Landing, Silver Dollar City, and Big Cedar.

Great Family Vacation

The property was as described and large enough to accommodate our group of 25. The proximity to Branson and the lake made it easy for everyone to do what they enjoyed. The owner was also very responsive to all questions.

Family Gathering

This was second year at rhis wonderful hme and working with Cindy. The house clean ,not cluttered beauriful Lakeview from deck. The inside and outside pool and playground only 3 houses down. If you have several smaller children who prefto sleep in parents this has bedrooms for this one of the reasons I love it. Cant say enough about it w

Women’s Retreat

Everyone was so happy with these accommodations. It looked brand new. 2 ovens , 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves!! Furnishings were EXCELLENT, quality and comfortable. Beds and baths as described in the listing. Views were great. Cleanliness was 100%. Host was so gracious and helpful!! Absolutely will return!!

Family's Christmas in January

There were 18 of us including 6 couples. There wasnt a single bedroom that wasn't spacious, beautiful and perfect for a single or a couple. The 2 bunk rooms were great

A Week In Branson

We stayed at Summit Breeze for a week. We had 29 people ranging from 1-79 years old in the home. It was a really good home for our group. It was very close to the pool house, playground, and ball courts. Cindy was very responsive to any issue that arose in a timely manner. We were very thankful for the second full sized fridge in the basement, which was pretty new and was not shown in the listing pictures. Thanks Cindy!

Wonderful scenic view

Beautiful area! Communication with host was easy and she replied quickly. Hot tub didn’t have any chlorine in the floaty but I contacted the host and she would have had the maintenance person come if I would have notified her sooner but we had been gone all day. Loved the location! Had a wonderful time!

Great Retreat Location

We had our summer staff retreat for our small. Christian school at this house. It was the perfect place for us. We had enough room in the living room to meet all together but the multiple levels allowed us to have breakout sessions. The kitchen was great for meal times. The games, amenities, and proximity to Branson provided plenty to do during free time. We will be back.

We had a great stay. House is laid out quite nicely and the common amenities are just stone's throw away. Property manager was very accommodating.

Beautiful home

It was a beautiful home with the Lakeview off the decks. The bedrooms where arrange perfect with variations. King size beds with trundle beds great for little ones. The layout of home was great very roomy . Cindy always got back quickly to me if i needed something. Very strongly looking into a return trip in 2025.

2023 Family vacation

Spectacular View and Home

The pictures do not give this property justice. The entire home is spectacular with large rooms, fantastic amenities, and beautiful views. Our family of 22 from ages 18 months to 68 had a fabulous time. The game room was a hit with the kids although the shooting game was broken, they had so much fun with the pac-man game and pool table. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day. Another great feature was the fact that you could not hear anyone on each of the floors which was nice when you wanted to rest.

Big Open Floor Plan and two big living spaces allow big groups to spread out! 2 big decks with amazing lakeviews. Community has pickle ball court, indoor/outdoor pool, and basketball court. Great location which is very close to lake and all major Branson attractions!
