Questa casa per le vacanze è una lussuosa casa sul lungomare di lusso con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Ha una diritto di posizione unica alla foce della baia, che permette per le viste spettacolari e la pesca premier. Troverete arredamento bellissimo costiera upscale e arredamento in questo casa lungomare tra cui pavimenti in legno in tutta, ripiani in granito, e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Essa ha anche TV via cavo e di WiFi. La casa dispone di 2 letti king size al piano principale e al secondo piano vi è un camera da letto regina come così come una camera a castello con un letto matrimoniale e due letti a piene a castello. Vi è un molto spazioso balcone che si affaccia sulla baia e è grande per sorseggiare il caffè del mattino o la visione di favolosi tramonti la sera. Vi è una molo privato di pescatori illuminato che ha grande la pesca e una rampa barca se si desidera lanciare la vostra barca. In aggiunta al grande pesca, canottaggio e il kayak è molto popolare in questa zona. Sarete in in grado di vedere aironi blu, anatre di tutti i tipi e di molti altri tipi di fauna selvatica in questa zona. Rockport-Fulton, Texas offre alcuni dei migliori pesca sul il Texas Gulf Coast. Lascia il tuo barca al molo e rilassarsi sul ponte che si affaccia Copano Bay. No boat - non c'è problema - appena pescare al largo della darsena illuminato e sperimentare la 'freeway pesce' dove i pesci entrano in e andare fuori alla baia.

Wonderful family time by the water.

We had a great time at this house. Fantastic location on the water. Relaxing stay and so easy to fish each day. The house was very well stocked and organized with everything we needed. Would love to stay here again soon.

A wonderful weekend on the water

This was our third stay at this house, and everything was great again! The owners are very friendly and helpful, and with them living next door it is always easy to find them. Our family loves coming here, and it is one of the most beautiful and comfortable rentals around.

Perfect!

This was such an amazing property and fit our large group perfectly! It was crazy clean and had everything we need...very nicely stocked! The fishing off of the dock was a blast and the back patios provide great views of the amazing sunsets!

Very Nice Stay

Our family met here for a quick getaway and all loved this place. It's very large and roomy and accommodated all of us very well. We fished, ate, visited with each other and explored Rockport. All of us had a really good time and are planning our next visit back. Every thing was as advertised and much more.

Highly Recommend

Beautiful home, well maintained and stocked with household items. Very comfortable and spacious living area. The kids loved fishing off the doc and the adults loved morning coffee on the deck - great view. Highly recommend this property!

Nice property

House was great. Everyone loved that they had room to move. There were 14 of us and I don’t think there were enough towels, but we made it work. Beautiful view and the sunset was spectacular.

Great place, stunning views, comfortable, well appointed.

We have used VRBO multiple times in and around Rockport, Corpus Christi. This is the best property we have rented. View of the bay was great. Home was so comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed. Good fishing from the dock, and water access for my boat. Though the inside was great, the view and outside living areas made it easy to want to be outside.

LOVED THIS PLACE!! - GREAT FOR FAMILIES

Beautiful home, incredible water views, everything we needed!! My kids loved being able to fish right off the dock. They caught several trout and a huge drum that we let go. We also spent a day at the Rockport beach which is awesome. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks so much to owners who were very helpful.

Amazing home!!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We all instantly fell in love!! The house was super clean, and the view of the bay from the living room/kitchen was amazing! The owner came over to introduce himself to us as soon as we made it to the home. He was super nice, and we would get a quick response if we msgd them for any questions! This is definitely a home I would LOVE to come back to!

Relaxation

Throughly enjoyed this location. We all live busy lives so taking the time to relax and gaze at the ocean was extremely nice. While there was much fishing there were not many fish to be had. This might have been due to the dolphins that we saw in the area. Dolphins!! The owners were very nice and came introduce themselves when we got there and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice relaxing getaway.

Immaculate Home

We love everything about the house. Luxurios, Very clean and spacious. Best view of the bay! Well stock of everything we needed to cook our meals. Only missing was Kayaks. I wished it came with kayaks like previous vrbo homes we rented. Other than that, it was perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

Very Nice

We were able to take a few days off and get some fishing in before the holiday rush. My wife found this house and it looked like it would work for our family. The other reviews looked really good so we thought we would try it. I have to say we were all very happy with our choice. House is as advertised and we agree with all the positive reviews. Owners were very nice and very responsive to our questions.

Location and views!!

We are on our way home and already wishing we were headed back! The home is so gorgeous and has everything you need for a perfect coastal getaway!! Sitting out on the deck with coffee in the morning watching dolphins play and boats headed out to fish was the perfect start to our day! Fishing with our 3 boys right off the dock in the evenings (and sometimes into the next day!) made for the best memories!! It was so nice having a boat ramp right next door so we could easily launch and be fishing in the bay within 10 minutes!! We enjoyed every aspect of this coastal beauty and can’t wait to go back!!

Our "Beach Castle".

10 of us ranging in age from 71 to 5 months spent a week at what the Grandchildren called, their "Beach Castle". The home was beautifully appointed and allowed for plenty of room for our family. Beautiful views of the sunsets over Copano Bay from the porch were enjoyed by all. It was a great base of operations for our forays to Rockport Beach, St. Joe's Island and the Port Aransas beaches. We also made the trip to the Texas State Aquarium where the kids touched sharks and stingrays and marveled at the displays of jellyfish. They even found Nemo and Dory! Pleasantly surprised upon first arriving at the house to find coffee and plenty of spices to heighten our meals. Stayed in and cooked mostly. Fished and kayaked from the lighted dock. A great time was had by all. Definitely considering a return trip. Thanks to the Rowes who were great neighbors and ready to help as needed.

Great Home

This house does not disappoint! The house is as described as being upscale. We had a party of eight and there was plenty of room, you could do two more people and still have plenty of room. We talked to the owners who both were very friendly and told us to contact them if we needed anything. You have your privacy at this home as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need and with with plenty of seating. All of the bedrooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fishing, didn't catch any big one's, but some interesting one's we didn't recognize. We saw dolphins which was my favorite part. We tried out the community pool and it is was awesome maybe a 10 minute drive. The information we received when renting this house was they had a charcoal grill, however it was a gas grill. No biggie just don't waste your money on charcoal and lighter fluid. We will definitely go back to this home again.

Lovely home but Dangerous....NO Swimming!

First off the home is lovely. Very spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I usually never write bad reviews, but feel this needs to be said as I don't want this to happen to any other child/family. The listing for this home specified swimming as one of the activities. It is NOT! If we had known you couldn't swim here, we would never had rented this home. With 2 kids who love the water, I pictured them jumping off the dock and swimming around, but we were quickly made aware this is not a swimming area. Within the first 2 hours of checking in, my son was very disappointed he couldn't swim but decided to fish instead. While fishing he was trying to walk around a palm tree, that is kind of growing into the walkway area of the seawall, when he slipped and fell into the water. There was no way for him to exit the water. No ladder on the dock, he couldn't be pulled up the seawall as it's absolutely covered in oysters, so he was forced to exit up the very slippery boat ramp cutting his foot and other parts of his body on an oyster. He got a HUGE laceration on his foot requiring 17 stitches. There was so much blood and nearest hospital was almost an hour away. Our entire trip was ruined as our son was bed ridden for our entire 4 days at the home and we had to cancel all planned activities and outings. His medical bills so far are thousands of dollars with many more to come. He has a long road to recovery as the oyster cut tendons in his foot, possibly effecting him for life. The home is located way back in a residential area, about 20 minutes from a town (Rockport) with very little to do. Other than a couple tiny catfish, don't expect to catch a bunch of fish off the dock, you'd have better luck on a boat.This home is more for people who come to the town strictly for fishing. I would definitely NOT recommend this home for families with children. Lastly, the owners of the home, whom live right next-door, are very lovely people (especially the husband) but after this happened they never reached out to us to ask about our son or offer any form of discount, which would have been nice considering my son got severely injured on their property. However, I do wish them the best and hope no one else gets hurt like our young son did, it was agonizing to watch him go through so much pain.

Best Rental and Hosts EVER!

I've had the opportunity to VRBO dozens of homes in Rockport. This home was easily the nicest, cleanest, roomiest and best equipped on the channel/waters of Copano Bay. The channels to Salt lake make this a perfect spot for docking your boat as well as some awesome pier fishing. Ricky and Paula (owners/hosts) could not be nicer! RENT THIS PLACE. Holds a large group comfortably.

Any issues you may encounter during your stay will receive immediate attention. We are extremely proud and happy that all of our guests tell us our homes are much better in person and we happily rent to many families and groups over and over again.

Great fishing either off our dock or from your boat or kayak. Fishing Lights and Private Boat Ramp provided. Kids love it here. Kayaking, swimming, crabbing, tubing, boating, skiing, and much more. Close to the beautiful Rockport Beach and Acquatic Park. This home is professionally managed by the homeowners who live in Rockport and take exceptional care of the property.
