Great stay at a beautiful property. Goat was communicative and kind. Our family was so impressed. We found the home even more attractive and well appointed than we saw in the listing. Lots of room for the kids to play together and also have time to rest separately. Hot tub was a big hit as well as the video game set up. Parking was spacious and plentiful. Location was perfect for our stay. Our small family reunion was made even more smooth by this lovely home that had everything we could need.

Incredible space with plenty of room to spread out!! So many great amenities and places to hang with a big group. Great location right on the bus route with easy access to the base area. Our favorite parts were the hot tub and the gigantic dining room table!

Well appointed kitchen and generally had everything to feel like a home away from home. The fireplaces and hot tub made for great relaxation. The steam shower in the master was amazing! Great place for a large group. The kids hung out upstairs and the adults claimed the main level.

The expansive feeling of this house was created by massive high ceilings in the living area, and huge windows with wide views. The dining room table was fit for a king…extra long, wide, and beautiful. There were plenty of cozy places to gather in groups, both inside and out. Riding the bus into town was fun and so convenient. Every member of our family said the beds were great! Any questions or concerns were handled immediately by Wendy, who was really “on it,” from our arrival to departure. In short, as many other reviews have stated, this is a perfect property for a large, multi-family gathering! It exceeded all our needs!

Family Gathering

Wonderful house for our family trip. House and kitchen were well stocked - lots of pots, pans, dishes, blender, etc. We loved the game room as well. Wendy was really helpful and friendly and met us at check in.

Great spring break

We had two families stay with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 under 10. Space was great and comfy, well stocked, great location to the bus stop.

We had a GREAT stay at this house during our Spring Break 2026 trip to Steamboat. 7 Adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room. The Hot Tub was clean, the Game Room was a ton of fun and the kitchen and dining room were designed for a group vacation. Wendy was great to work with. Excellent communication! The Free Shuttle stop is 200 paces from the front door and runs on time every 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wendy our host was fabulous! Greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile! She was very thorough on check in and available throughout our stay! The location of this mountain home was perfect for our family! The house was beautiful and plenty of space to enjoy Apres ski..The spacious kitchen was equipped for gathering with our family and friends! The private hot tub and game room made for more family fun! Thank you!

Great time in Steamboat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is peaceful with a beautiful view overlooking Steamboat. We absolutely enjoyed the hot tub as well as the shuffleboard and ping pong tables while we relaxed. Wendy was extremely helpful though the process.

Perfect Family Ski Get-Away

House was amazing for a family get away. Plenty of rooms to relax but great big family room to hang together. Large kitchen for cooking together. The dining room even seats 14! Great location- 2min walk to the shuttle to slopes and downtown. Will definitely stay again.

perfect for yearly family reunion

We loved our stay. House was well appointed, very clean, and spacious so that we could spread out or come together in several communal areas. Wendy was grear. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Family Gettogetherw

We had a wonderful week at this house in steamboat. Very good accommodation for our Family of 12. Great kitchen for cooking. Comfortable space for watching football games in Great Room. Plenty of options in the house to spread out . Puzzles to keep people busy. Heated garage for our cars. Just perfect for us.
