Location and amenities rock!

I will 100% book this house again. It is in the perfect spot just across the street from the beach access. Has a great layout with 4 doubles, 2 queens and 1 king bed and kitchen upstairs and downstairs that are identical layouts. Pool and hottub are fantastic. The location is convenient to everything as well. I look forward to coming back again!

Great spot in Myrtle Beach

Great location and property. Pool and hot tub were great - and right across the street from the beach! Perfect set up for large group - bedrooms on two floors allowed us to put kids to sleep early downstairs while the adults stayed upstairs and could be a bit louder without waking up the kiddos. Pubs within walking distance - along with mini golf. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Great experience with this home for Thanksgiving overall! The furniture needs to be updated and when we arrived it smelled like it had been closed up for a while. However, the property was in great condition and we would stay there again. Andrew was an excellent host and responded quickly to all messages.

Great Golf Trip

We recently stayed here for a guys golf trip with 12 guys for 3 nights. The house was perfect for us - the 2 floors are actually 2 complete "houses" 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, etc providing tons of room for everyone. The location is great with views across the street to the beach and close to many of the best golf courses. The house was very clean with everything you can ask for - pool, pool table, air hockey, etc. We will be looking to stay again next year.

Golf Trip

Great experience at this house. Right across the street from the beach. We were here for a golf trip with 13 adult men and it was suited perfectly for us. The pool table and other games were used a ton. It’s mid March so it wasn’t quite warm enough for the pool, but the hot tub was also utilized.

Great pool and beach location

Property manager was outstanding!! He answered all of our questions within hours. The pool’s pump was broken, and the property manager had it fixed within hours. The pool was a great size to accommodate our family of 13 people and the beach location was perfect. We didn’t realize that the house is a duplex, so the stairs are located on the outside of the building, but that was never a problem during our stay.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Coral Breeze. The property lived up to all of our expectations. My husband and I hosted our children and grandchildren for a week vacation. Everything was perfect. The grand children lived in the pool. Andrew was a fantastic host, he responded to inquiries very quickly. I could tell he truly wanted to make our experience a memorable one. I can't say enough about this property. If you have a big group you should seriously consider it. Thank you Andrew for all you did.

Best vacation we ever had

From the beginning of planning this trip. Andrew showed us that he was interested in us having a great vacation. Every question that we had. He responded to us quickly. He took all the guest work out. Once we arrived at the home. We reached out to him. Again he responded quickly. We had a plumbing issue and other concerns he sent the maintenance guy out quickly. I’ve taken lots of vacations, this one was the best. Andrew made this happen for my family. I will be taken lots of vacations in the future. I hope we get Andrew every time.

Favorite annual beach vacation

We rent a big beach house for 1 week every summer for us and our 5 adult married children, 3 of their spouses and our grandchildren. We have 8 grandchildren, ages 1 to 10, and 2 pregnant daughters-in-law. This house was so close to the beach that the kids could walk barefoot to it and it was no big deal if they forgot something and had to walk back for it. This beach house was the cleanest that we've rented and we only rent really nice beach houses. The comfortable furniture is thankfully kid friendly colors, not white or super light colors like some of the beach houses that we have rented. The owner is super helpful and nice. The handyman was great! He knew just what to do to prevent the little grandkids from jamming the pool table again with swimming pool balls - whew! The owner had really nice towels fully stocked and a complimentary bag of hygiene items in each of the 6 bathrooms. We loved the big table upstairs. It was a huge blessing to the 18 of us to rent this big older house with its great location, swimming pool and hot tub.
