My family and I loved this property. The pool was great and it was close to the shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Great place to stay and clean! A few things that could make it even better would be maybe some more toiletries. We ran out of the provided materials on the first day. The master bed frame could be tightened as well. Still had a great stay and a great host!

Family vacation in Jax

This is a great property! The pool and the backyard was very nice! The five bedrooms provided lots of room for the whole family to spread out. The open floor was great for having space for everyone to get together too.

Came down with a group of friends for the players championship. Good amount of space and convenient to the golf course, beach, and more. Would totally come back again.

This nice and spacious home sits in an established neighborhood and was a perfect spot for us as we enjoyed a family wedding at Fruit Cove.

Spring Break Trip

This rental is perfect for mutiple families traveling together or a large family. The house was well furnished and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and backyard seating areas. Our group consisted of 3 ladies and 3 children, the rental was also in a great location. There was shopping nearby and the beach was about a 25 minute drive.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation!

We needed a place with 5 bedrooms and a couple rooms with bathrooms. This place was perfect. Eight of us played pool in a tournament that lasted for 3 days. We all had nice beds and a spotless house to relax and get sleep when needed. The large kitchen and family room was a nice treat, as well. We will stay here again, if in Jacksonville again!

Peaceful property in quiet neighborhood

House is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Backyard is nice and private. Everyone staying (we had 7 people) seemed to sleep well and complimented how comfy the beds were. Overall, it is a very nice home to fit a good amount of people comfortably and with their own rooms.

Perfect spot for,is

Convenient, quiet and very nice neighborhood. House was exactly as pictured and spotless! The property manager got back to me quickly when I had questions. Beautiful large house perfect for a family celebration or gathering. The pool was a lovely addition and we enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

UNF Graduation

We have stayed in this property previously when visiting our daughter who was attending UNF. The location and all the space (especially 5 bedrooms) made it the perfect spot for being together as a family. The pool and backyard area make it extra special as we don't have to go elsewhere to entertain ourselves. Thanks for opening up your home to us once again.

Family gathering

Our family visited Jacksonville as a midway travel point so that we could celebrate five October birthdays. The house was located in a nice neighborhood, easy to get to and had ample space with five bedrooms. It was very clean and everything was in good working order. It worked out very well and we might select it again for future get togethers.

Just okay. Host very slow in response time to problem with getting tv to work. Property needs some deep cleaning and updating. Beds in master and one other bedroom very squeaky. Kitchen floor looks horribly dirty but it’s because chunks of tile are missing. Beware that there is a small unit literally in the same house that the host rents out separately. This makes it impossible to not bother each other with noise. Very strange setup. Wouldn’t book this property again.

Spring break home review

The house was nice and cozy. The pool was great the house was very big and fit myself and all my friends comfortably. The only issues we experienced was upon arrival at 4:00pm the house was a mess with trash every where and the bed sheets were dirty and laying on the floor. We let the home owner know and within an hour of arrival the cleaning crew had it vacation ready. The home owner was very apologetic and insisted on returning the cleaning fee and he also insisted on giving us the first night free of charge. Which I am still waiting on it’s been a week and half and I am yet to get the money back he insisted on refunding.

Wedding Group

Home was nice and in a great location. When it said another rental unit at the location I didn’t know it meant that there was a door with access to the home we rented. I did not like that at all. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced no cushion and very uncomfortable. Bed squeaks every time you moved. We had a 3 night stay and were only given one towel and one washrag to last the whole stay. Had to do laundry everyday. Not acceptable. With the $350 host fee you can afford to buy some washrags

This property was well managed and is as big as it appears on the listing. We were visiting family and enjoying having the kitchen to prepare big meals and the pool for relaxing. A note that there isn’t a large skillet - we just used 2 medium ones. I appreciate how quickly the company responded to issues and questions with empathy and quick solutions.
