Extended Stay

The rental was very clean and cozy. The location is incredible; right around the corner from Piedmont Park! Continuation was swift and management was very responsive.

Exceptional Experience

Just a great experience with the host. Communication was fantastic, the property was in a great location and just what we were looking for in order to get a feel of the area before deciding to move to that neighborhood or not.Exceptional hosts!!

Great location and place

This is part of the Minty Group. Apparently they have hundreds of properties and that’s where the problem lies. Before we arrived I checked and was told there would be a nutriBullet in the unit and I planned accordingly. Upon arrival, it was not in the unit. It took them 2 days to get it to me with one excuse after another for why it wasn’t delivered. It got to be comical at a certain point. I have had a better experience with individual owners who care about their properties. I will be more careful next time when I book. That said, the unit was nice and had a front porch where I could sit and enjoy the birdsong. Super convenient location with parking in the rear.
