This property was clean and comfortable and our family enjoyed the vacation in outer banks. Our dog enjoyed the home also. It was a great location near the beach and we highly recommend Arts Place (kitty hawk). Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful time! The house is absolutely perfect. Walking distance or quick bike ride to everything. Beach walk took us under 4 minutes to walk everyday. The house has everything you need. Super clean and plenty of space. We really enjoyed our week and will be back soon. Thank you, Sharon!

Cozy cottage just a few min walk to the beach. Nice “crows nest” deck above to relax and drink coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. Responsive host, will most likely stay here again.

Listing shows beach access that is NOT there. Temperature hard to regulate---too warm or too cold. Mold on shower curtains. It just was not comfortable at all. Too few seatings. King bed too high (never saw anything like it).

Hello, I'm sorry to hear of your concerns. Seating, bed and temperature regulation don't seem to be complaints I hear from any other renters across multiple bookings and years but sounds like it just might not have been the right cottage for you. There are lots to choose from so hopefully you will find something more to your liking next time! As for the beach access, I can state with certainty that there is beach access directly across from the house (as I use it myself) and at each cross street. A simple message to me at the text provided could have resulted in help provided. Same with your claim of mold. I heard nothing from you on either issue until now - weeks after your checkout so not much I can do to address the issues after the fact. We take pride in our cottage and work hard to make it a great place to stay. This is evidenced by the many, many wonderful reviews we receive each season. Take care.

We had an amazing stay at Cozy Cottage! Great, welcoming space with very easy access to everything.Location was wonderful.Having our dog with us was super. Views from the crow's nest were incredible! Will absolutely stay again in the future!
