Clean, cozy, and comfortable with a great location. Very quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. Was a great place to stay during our moving transition and the dog enjoyed it as well. Easy check in and great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place and feels like home away from home. Rooms are spacious and I loved the layout. It was very well-equipped and had all the amenities you would need. Location is great and in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they responded right away. I highly recommend staying there.

Great quiet place and convenient location! Owner was awesome to let us check in an hour early since we had traveled with our dogs and they were ready to get out of the car! Would stay here again!

My best friend and I went to Raleigh to see family. She and I both decided we’d look in that neighborhood for a place just like this one for our retirement. Just a lovely, perfect townhome in a great location and lovely neighborhood. The place was well-maintained, had perfect parking right out front, a lovely back porch, and pretty community.

This was my first VRBO experience and it was great. The townhome was true to the pictures, easy to find, and had two dedicated parking spots. It was also very clean and comfortable, with all the appliances you would have at home, and we appreciated that they had shampoo, soap, laundry soap, coffee, and other things to make our stay easier. There was a market just a couple of blocks away for anything else we wanted.It was my first time to Raleigh, and the location was perfect for exploring all the trails, museums, stores, eateries, etc. Catie and Ryan were available by text every time I had a question. I also appreciated their notebook with suggestions for restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Wonderful property with updated kitchen and baths. Very nice outdoor space, which I was looking for. We really enjoyed the place and the neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Highly recommend!!

The property was as advertised. It was in a vey nice neighborhood that was close to restaurants and the Crabtree Mall. The property was very clean and and quitet; and the owner was very responsive. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay at this property again.

The hosts thought of everything!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 plus our dog. The hosts provided many extra touches that were a huge help: dog bowls and a tennis ball for our pup, waters and snacks for my hungry kids, and comfy cozy beds!! We will be back!

Daughters graduation from Duke

Such a great place to stay while visiting my daughter and watching her graduate from Duke. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a simple drive to our activities. Love the personal touches of the house and the owners communication us to make sure we had everything we needed

Nice property in a quite neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable and townhome has many modern amenities and well decorated. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. We recommend the 'salt and lime'. It was about a 40 minute wait to get a table on a Saturday night but worth it. Community pool has a nice pool for laps. I would book here again.

Clean and relaxing getaway

I visited Raleigh for a job interview, and I could not have been more pleased with this rental. It is exactly as described, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Checkin and checkout were suoer easy, and I had no trouble navigating around the city for great restaurants and shopping. The property is super clean, and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!
