Communication with the host was quick, easy, and they were very friendly. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed our time at Rough, but unfortunately did not spend much time in the cabin...we soaked up every second on the water and with family before we crashed late every night. Great place to stay, wish we had more time!

Beautifully Hidden Gem

Everything was amazing. The guest binder helped out tremendously with remembering to check everything. Scenery was perfect and the best part.. coffee on the screened in porch! Will definitely recommend and visit again. Pricing was great as well.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

Cabin was perfect. There was easy access to the beautiful lake, the accommodations were very comfortable, and overall provided a very relaxing experience. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for our annual friend weekend at the lake. Well stocked with little things you might forget to pack. Owner was great to work with. I’d rent again in the future.

Wonderful House by the Lake

We loved staying at this house. It was very clean and very well stocked. We loved that we could walk down the back yard, swim in the lake, and not have to go anywhere else. The property owners were very responsive and very nice. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Quiet and cute

We chose this spot as home base in Kentucky to travel around and see some tourist attractions over the weekend. House was easy to find and the neighborhood is rather quiet. Would visit here again on a more sunny weekend lol. 5/5 would recommend.

Great house for a relaxing weekend at the lake!

Highly recommend this house for a lake getaway! The house has a great location, beautiful lake views and easy access to the water! Everything was clean and kitchen is nicely stocked. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place for our family weekend on the lake.

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Access to the water was extremely easy. The back porches were very relaxing. The house was very clean and provided everything necessary for easy cooking and entertaining kids.

Great Little House with Amazing View

We decided last minute to do a weekend getaway and found this little house and decided to stay here. What a great place! The views were amazing, and the house has everything you could need! We have stayed at many houses through VRBO, but this has been the only one that has everything very well stocked! Would highly recommend this place! been

Perfect space for my husband and I to spend a long weekend. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The screened in porch is a wonderful and comfortable space to enjoy views of the lake.

Wonderful!

Location and access to lake was great. The house was very clean and well stocked with all essentials. Just a 10 minute drive to a Dollar General Marketplace. The dock was in excellent condition and fairly easy to access with our kayaks. Very peaceful and serene, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!

Great lakehouse!

We had a great time! We caught a bunch of largemouth bass and loved sitting by the fire at night. The hammock was a great touch. The house was fully stocked and the owners were very helpful throughout the process. The lake was flooded during our visit so the dock was not accessible and there was no beach, but I'm sure it would have been different in better weather! The screened in porch was great for playing games and taking a break from the sun while still feeling like we were outside. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

This place was perfect and more than I could have imagined. The house was stocked with more than expected and I did not need to bring half of what I did. I will definitely be back in warmer weather to enjoy the water.

Great stay on the lake

The location was perfect, and the sisters have anything you could need to use available. I brought almost everything I could possibly think of, but had I not, they probably would have had it there! They were very responsive, the back porch has a great view and is very well lit, just a short walk down the hill to water, I could go on and on about how comfy it was. Wish I could have stayed longer! I would definitely return to this property again!
