Confusing as to who I was dealing with..owner directly OR VRBO. Possibly be more specific on how 4 person accommodation would mean 2 people would not have there own room, but would be sleeping on a hide-a-bed. Consider replacing plastic cutting boards with a wood material...plastic pieces break off as you cut. Not being real techi, we suggest more specific instructions for remote control devices useage....AND disinfect remotes after each rental....VERY STICKY.

In our yearly trip to one of the Hawaiian islands, this year we made it to Maui and chose this property based on the good reviews and updates they had made. I was a little torn between 4 and 5 stars but decided to give the benefit of the doubt with 5. The property was good but the communication and check in was a little clunky. First, on communication, I messaged owner since before deciding to rent it but he never responded. Finally decided to rent the property based on location I wanted to be at and the good price. Then at check in the communication was a little difficult as the owner didn’t know they had changed the internet router and the check in instructions provided didn’t match the information to log on to internet. You may ask, who wants WiFi in Maui? Well we own a condo as well and would be fine without it knowing 85% of the day we are going to be out exploring the beaches and scenery. The issue was that with limited cell service, wifi was necessary to communicate with family and keep in touch with some work email. From there the overall experience was good and overall it’s a good place to rent with great views of the ocean and good overall premises and good updates to kitchen and bathroom. The couch in the living room was a bit older and probably needs to be changed out as it felt old and rough, but again just my opinion. Would I rent again? Yes, I would and because of the prices and proximity to Kīhei and Wailea it’s a great place for the price and a great option

Front desk very helpful and great you could use chairs for the beach. Beach was nice and you could do some snorkling in the mornings. Handy island bus that runs down to the more lively bars and restaurants. Would stay again

Rosie’s Rentals did an excellent job with communication. The unit was at one of my favorite resorts. It was very clean and very comfortable. Everything was available to us as guests.

Really loved the grounds and large grassy area, parking was easy, snorkeling, and a wonderful beach just around the corner.

Great stay!

The stay was great! Larry was communicative and had clear instructions to get to the unit. Walking in you're greeted with amazing views! The grounds were amazingly kept and had a nature trail. Overall it was clean and had thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable. Would stay again!

Perfect location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect location to the beach, food, entertainment, walking paths, and has amazing views. It was clean and everything was in working condition. It also has a great lawn area with grills next to the pool. We would stay here again next time.

Fantastic location in Kihei. Beautiful property steps from the beach and convenient to drive to wherever you want to go. Cooking to an ocean view is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Unit 312 Kihei Surfside

A wonderful unit and perfect location for my spouse and I to stay during our week visit to Maui. Easy walk to the beach and local markets. Check in and out process was super easy. Plenty of towels for the bath and beach plus coolers to use as needed! Would definitely stay here again in the future :)

Great spot for whale watching in February

Clean, nice space. Would stay again in this location for sure. The green space is beautiful and fun and only a short 10 minute walk to restaurants.
