We had a fantastic time staying at this property and would absolutely book again. The house is very cozy with a massive kitchen plenty of supplies to cook and eat with a large table to gather at. We made use of the hot tub and a small detail that was very much appreciated as the shower has incredible water pressure. The neighborhood is fantastic and just a five minute walk up the road is an incredible view of Mount Washington. Check-in and communication with the host was an absolute breeze. Highly recommend this property and these hosts.

A great part of a magical wedding weekend

I organized 6 houses for our daughter's wedding weekend and all got rave reviews! The houses lived up to the descriptions and then some. Great beds, great couches and a great, peaceful location to unwind after hectic days and nights. I would absolutely recommend Bretton Woods for a family reunion, wedding, or just a great time in the mountains.

Loved that we only walk a very short distance to the Carrol trail to access the lifts.Relaxing in the hot tub was great after a day of skiing.Those of us who cooked loved the chef kitchen and stocked cabinets.Bedrooms were comfortable and clean.If we go back to Brettonwoods next ski season, we would definitely try to rent this unit again.

Perfect location and space

We highly enjoyed our stay at this home for a multi-family ski trip. The house was well-stocked and very spacious even for multiple families. The bathrooms in each bedroom upstairs made for an easy way to share the space. The hot tub was enjoyed and the location on the side of the trail made for easy access to the mountain all day. The house was clean and welcoming and we hope to come back!

The property was somewhat clean. I had to sweep up some flies in the stairway leading to the basement. The ceiling in family room was hanging from water damage under the mini split. The tub drain pop up in basement bathroom did not work so could not keep water in the tub. Also shower curtain in basement bathroom was mildewed. The condo accommodated our family but I was expecting more for the price.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the condo accommodated your family, but we’re sorry its condition fell short of your expectations. We were aware of the AC leak affecting the family room ceiling, and repairs were underway at the time of your stay. We understand that this still affected your experience. The flies in the stairway, tub stopper, and mildewed shower curtain also should have been addressed before your arrival. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and understand your disappointment given the price.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property with ski on/off access. My family and I have been coming up to Bretton Woods for years and this is one of the nicest proprieties we have stayed at in that area of the mountain.

Outstanding in every way!

In person home was even more lovely than the attractive photos! Very well stocked, lovely kitchen and common areas. Trail was just a few yards from the house and so it was easy to stop by for lunch. We would definitely rent it again!

The perfect ski in/ski out stay!

This property was clean, had awesome cabin decor, spacious, and right on the slopes. We cooked at night and got in our own private hot tub. My kids had so much space to themselves and still had a great family room to all hang out in. And the big mudroom made it so easy to leave all of our ski stuff right there. Thank you!

Easter Holiday Getaway

Spent the long Easter holiday away in the home. The communication with listing agent was great and frequent before and during the stay. The home was just as described in the listing. The layout of the home was perfect for the two other families that joined us on the holiday. The kids enjoyed the bunk-bed room. Would recommend this home to other families enjoying the area.

Incredible views!

This is a magnificent home, beautifully appointed. The kitchen had everything I could imagine needing, and the woodwork throughout made the rooms feel rich. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the hot water kept running out.

Perfect in all ways!

From our communication with Robyn to the cleanliness and homey-ness of the house to the walkability to the BSU campus...everything was superb! The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out. The house was as clean as I keep my own. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Mountain retreat

Very clean, comfortable beautiful home for 3 couples to have privacy and kids to have their own space. The layout makes it possible for early risers to make their coffee etc. without waking others. My favorite features were the large dining tables both in and out with room for 10 to be seated together for our meals which we could serve using a very adequate choice of dishes and utensils; also the comfort and privacy of the seating around the fire pit for morning coffee and the hot tub's private location in back. Bretton Woods Vacations was very efficient and informative and accessible.

Fantastic stay

Nothing better than renting a home and making favorable family memories. The house is huge with plenty of living space, well equipped kitchen and a small amount of spices and condiments. We used the hot tub every night, roasted marshmallows over the fire, cooked delicious meals on the stove. We hiked, swam, road UTVs, shopped for candy at Chutters and more. Everything was within a 40 minute drive to the hustle and bustle but returned to a quiet and serene neighborhood (our preference). My family, 6 adults and a two year old didn't want to leave.

Great place to stay

The rooms accommodated the large group of friends that were gathering. The games room entertained us. We had fun in the pool and the hot tub. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces along and ate our meals on the back deck. There was a challenge with the fireplace, it only stays on for 20 minutes at a time and then took a while to reset. There is a shotgun room connected to the master, which is stated in the description so be aware. On the whole we enjoyed our stay.
