We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of thoughtful amenities that made our visit easy and relaxing. The location was fantastic—just a minute’s walk from downtown, making it convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is great -- close to good restaurants, a supermarket, gas stations, coffee shop, and more -- although the house is a little hard to find because it's down an alley from the street address. The beds were comfortable, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom had all the basic necessities, and the house information book had everything we needed to know except how to work the fancy-schmancy parts of the shower! (Fortunately, the basics were easy :-). A nice bonus: The house has its own parking space. We would stay there again.

Property was clean, comfortable, walkable to morning coffee and evening restaurants. Our host was responsive and helpful with a scheduling snafu that was completely my fault when she absolutely didn’t have to. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to others.

Very clean, Host available responsive if needed. Kitchen equipped adequately, Safeway very close if necessary. Air conditioning & grill a thoughtful addition. Only used both once but loved the amenity. Also an outdoor lounge area that is not in the pictures. Overall loved it during our time there. Great for visiting parents of Adams!

We had a very nice stay. The house is comfortable, nicely equipped, clean, and quiet. Geraldine was a superb host. We will stay there again if we return to the area!

Property is as advertised in the listing. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a single bathroom/laundry room. Everything works with noticable upgrades to the outdoor fence, the patio/grill, and the shower. Property is an old-time Alamosa cottage right off main street, but the host has clearly been thoughtful about making it comfortable for guests. The travel bath ammenities, the sunscreen and re-useable grocery bags on top of the fridge, and the make-up supplies delighted my wife and daughter and were appreciated! Important to follow the arrival directions exactly and precisely the first time you arrive (it's a bit hidden!) and best to arrive the first time in the daylight. But the directions were sent to us twice and do make it easy to arrive. We would stay here again for sure!

This worked well for our visit to Alamosa. It is just a few minutes from Adams State University and very convenient for being able to watch our son's practice and visit his apartment. It is also close to downtown. The home was comfortable and had all that was needed for cooking and grilling.

Perfect Cottage

This cottage ended up being much nicer than we expected & was absolutely perfect for our 2 day stay in Alamosa. It was immaculately clean, a great size, & an easy walk to restaurants. We walked at night, & the neighborhood felt safe. Bed was super comfy & the living room furniture & kitchen looked nearly new. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Great location! Easy access to everything we were doing!We stayed for a week, so did most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is fine but has limited supply of pots and pans. There is a bbq for grilling, but it was questionable for safe operation.Overall, we would recommend this house, and will look to book it again n the future.

Clean & Quant Casita in the Heart of Alamosa

This cozy little home was perfect for our family of four to stay 5 nights in Alamosa. Geraldine and hubby are hospitable and quick to respond to questions. I particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee. But most of all this property was immaculately clean! Hopefully, this property is available next time we're in Alamosa.

The Great Sand Dunes.

It was nice, clean and cozy very quiet. Check in was easy. The house had everything we needed for me and my family for are stay. Also it was located minutes from everything which made it convenient. I would recommend it to anyone. The kids enjoyed all the games!

Located on a corner lot in an alleyway next to downtown. The home is very quiet and peaceful with small patio with a fireplace. The Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls is about a 30 minute drive. Safeway and Chief Liquor is 0.3 miles from the property, restaurants are walkable.
