La proprietà ha appena completato una ristrutturazione di 1 milione di dollari. Ci sono nuove inferriate sul lanai, nuovo ascensore, nuova diga, nuova biblioteca dove puoi trovare un romanzo da leggere in piscina ..
Questa unità è completamente arredato e include una cucina completa (con lavastoviglie), lavatrice, asciugatrice, internet e Wi-Fi, e di telefono (con connessione illimitata locali e Stati Uniti / Canada chiamate). Vogliamo che i nostri ospiti di godere il loro soggiorno. L'unità è ben attrezzato per una coppia, in un piccolo e tranquillo condominio proprio sul bordo di Lahaina - parte più soleggiata di Maui dell'isola. Non è adatto per feste. Il condominio ha un comodo letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto e un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno, se si desidera dormire i suoni del surf dell'oceano.

Lahaina Strade Condos
Questo resort di fronte all'oceano noleggio Maui orientati agli adulti (non adatto per divertirsi) si trova proprio in riva al mare e gode di una vista mozzafiato di Lanai e Molokai e notevoli tramonti la sera. In inverno e all'inizio della primavera, è possibile osservare le balene direttamente dal tuo lanai. Ci sono le tartarughe entro 50 piedi della riva su quasi tutti i giorni, proprio di fronte alla piscina con vista sull'oceano. Costruito quando la proprietà fronte mare era ancora disponibile, è scrupolosamente gestito da Mike, il manager residente, che renderà il vostro soggiorno davvero piacevole.

La struttura offre un bellissimo mosaico decorato, riscaldato, con vista sull'oceano, piscina privata, biblioteca e zona barbecue per il vostro divertimento, e la famosa spiaggia di Ka'anapali è a pochi minuti di distanza.
Situato all'interno di un isolato di Lahaina Cannery e Gateway Mall con negozi di alimentari Safeway e Foodland e negozi di droga Longs and Walgreens, è vicino a molti ristoranti e si può raggiungere a piedi Downtown Lahaina.

C'è molto da fare in ed intorno a Maui. Downtown Lahaina (Front Street) - Questo è il centro dello shopping e delle attività di Lahaina! E 'tutto a pochi passi dal gruppo. Ci sono innumerevoli caffè, ristoranti e negozi qui per compiacere tutti i vostri sensi. Il più grande albero di Banyan in Nord America è in pieno centro, da porto principale Lahaina, a 20 min. camminare.

La spiaggia Kana'apali, lungomare, e hotel sono solo 1. 2 miglia il nord del condominio.

My husband and I had a beautiful 8 day vacation at this condo. The property provided not only an exceptional ocean view but in a convenient location for walking for groceries, restaurants, water excursions, and downtown Lahaina shops. Maui vacation week January’2023

This property is conveniently situated just outside of old town Lahaina, grocery shopping, beach and running path to other northbound resort beach complexes in Kaanapali and beyond. You can walk or drive, whichever is preferred. The perfect location for everything you need and do in West Maui. The ocean front view is priceless, and you can never get tired of sitting on the lanai and just watch / listen to the waves coming ashore anytime if the day. Unfortunately we missed the sea turtles sighting, but we heard from others they were there (just below the sea wall) one of the mornings. Nick is a super host, very detailed (instructions, helpful travel info, recommendations), highly responsive, and follows up with you during and after your stay. The apartment has everything we needed and we made brunch every morning watching the ocean, and on nights that we don’t want to go out, it’s easy to buy take-out or make something simple. The in-suite washer/dryer are very convenient and easy to operate. Our only feedback is if the floors could be even cleaner (we prefer to go barefoot inside home), that would make a perfect score. We had an amazing stay and we hope to return in the future!

Unbeatable location!

In the heart of Lahaina we could easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Multiple days we even walked to downtown Lahaina. The sunsets from our lanai were unbelievable. Turtles frequently visited in front of the property. The owner was extremely communicative, helpful and ensured we had everything we needed.

It was quite cozy and exactly what we needed. The location was nice, away from any noise from the main part of front street. I was glad it had a kitchen since we went fishing I had a place to cook my catch. The view was wonderful! It was a joy watching the sunset from the balcony, and wake up with morning coffee and watch the waves. The only real issue with the place was the sliding glass door to the balcony would get stuck, and was extremely hard to open. And if you can't handle the heat, there is no AC, which didn't bother us too often. All in all my husband and I had a nice stay and would come here again if we had the opportunity. Thanks!

Location of rental was very near downtown Lahaina which was very convenient for for food, shopping, beautiful ocean scenery. Owner of property, Nick, was great to work with and very responsive to questions we had. He provided many restaurants and sights for us to check out. Overall great experience!

No frills condo, amazing location

The condo is exactly as described. The condo /building is dated but has the comforts of home including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beach gear (folding backpack chairs, coolers, beach towels, snorkel masks). The toilet was a bit quirky and some lights didn’t work. For someone who likes it quite cool, the condo was quite warm during the day even with windows/patio doors open and fans running, but Nick the owner had forewarned us about this. The downsides were outweighed by the excellent oceanfront location where turtles can be seen swimming right up to the sea wall.

Great Location & Helpful Touches

We loved this place. Although the property is a bit dated, it's clean and well maintained. The location cannot be beaten. It's a mere 0.3 miles from 5 or 6 great restaurants, as well as a Safeway, and only 0.6 miles from Baby Beach. Before we arrived, we were concerned that the lack of air conditioning might be a problem, but it was not. Although it got up to 85 degrees most days of our stay, the fans and natural breezes kept things quite pleasant. All appliances worked as advertised (the toilet is very temperamental, but it worked during our entire stay). The pool is very clean and warm. One of the things we most appreciated was all of the beach supplies that were available -- chairs, towels, an umbrella, water shoes, and plenty of sunscreen. Nick, the owner, was very responsive, and check-in was easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat -- and I sure hope that we do so very soon!

Clean, great location, wonderful pool, bbq area and beautiful grounds. The bed is super comfortable, love the in unit washer, dryer and dishwasher. Nick was great to work with, lots of tips and ideas on things to do in Lahaina. Loved our stay here and will be back.

Perfect Location!

Wish I could give this property higher marks for location - it simply can't be beat! We've stayed in this building a few times, and it's the best. Walk to downtown Lahaina, Baby Beach or just a couple blocks to the Safeway/Longs Drugs and several restaurants. Parking is super convenient right under the building - although you might want to avoid renting a jumbo-sized vehicle. The condo sits just yards from the ocean and the views of the sunset are spectacular. There's also a nice (and super clean) swimming pool with lounge chairs, and BBQ area with easy-to-operate gas grills. Can't wait to go back!

Love this place!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Lahaina Roads and when we come back, we will definitely look to stay here again! The location is wonderful and you cannot beat the view! Nick, the owner, was so accommodating to us, you couldn't ask for someone better.

Old and outdated.

First of all this property has one of the best locations and views. But that is where it stops. It is very old and outdated. It may have been clean but because of the bedding and everything else it felt dirty. The stool didn’t work half the time. The rugs in the place were out right gross. Oven was broke. A lot of lights were out in bath and it was very dark. This place had great ratings and I think it’s because of location. The sheets on bed were like the ones my grandmas would of had and very thin. I could go on and on. I hate giving bad reviews but really feel that people need to know how bad it was. The pool area was very nice and the ground were also. I just think the owner doesn't want to put in money into the place and hasn’t since the early 60’s. When I shared this with him he was like everyone loves the place. Also I am not someone who has to have a 5 star place. But this place was way below any place I would ever stay had I known how bad it really was. Good thing is we just stayed gone. No AC so during the day it was way to hot to be there. Nights were livable. Nick is great to work with but in denial as to how bad the place is.

When we discovered Hawaii, it seemed like paradise. We stayed on Maui, but when we discovered Lahaina Roads, we just loved the view, the peaceful yet convenient location, the layout of the units. We dreamed of owning a place here, and suddenly we were able to make that dream come true. We are delighted to share our slice of paradise some of the time, so the unit remains fresh.
We had custom built windows installed in the bedroom to keep the noise from Front Street down, so our unit is nice and quiet.

Rent this unit if the traffic noise from the highway and Front street will interfere with your sleep - we have double glazed windows on the bedroom that cut out most of the noise.
Rent this unit if you like the spacy layout and décor. We do not have the kitchen island that takes up a lot of space in the living room - check out the photos.
Rent this unit if you would like a safe in the unit.
Do not rent this unit if you insist on air-conditioning. We find the trade winds, the louvered windows and the fans in every room work fine when it gets a bit warm.
Do not rent this unit if you have young children.
Rent at Lahaina Roads if you want to be right on the ocean, a short walk to the beach, all the stores you will need for your stay, and close to the restaurants of Lahaina and Ka'anapli Beach, but away from the hustle and congestion.
Rent at Lahaina Roads if you want to watch turtles in the ocean and the sun setting from your private lanai or sitting by the pool, and be a short walk from the Old Lahaina Luau.
Stay in Lahaina if you want some of the best weather on Maui.

The view! At any time of the day or night, it is a delight to contemplate.
We get up early and walk along Kanapali beach to Black Rock, go swimming or snorkeling, then come back for breakfast on the lanai. Lunch at Kahului is always a treat, we go to the Cafe o' Lei at the Dunes golf course or Tommy Bahamas happy hour at the shops a Wailea. Happy hour with pupus at Fleetwoods, Duke's or Leilani's, or one of the Mala, Honu, Frida's restaurants right by the condo.
We also love the Wailea boardwalk, and the beaches on the south end of the island. The happy hour at Nick's Fish House or Ko in the Fairmont is worth a try. A whale watching trip and a snorkeling trip to Molokini or Lanai are usually in our plans. And a few rounds of golf on one of the courses - everything is within about 20 miles drive, and the road to Ma'alaea is a delight. Once in a lifetime visitors may also consider the road to Hana, with the seven sacred pools, and Lindburgh's burial site. See the sunrise over the crater of Haleakala. Visit the Tedeschi winery above Oprah's estates. Snorkel off the private island of Lanai and in the sunken crater of Molokini.
