Questo ampio rifugio sulla riva di 3000 piedi quadrati è a due isolati dalla spiaggia. Situato in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi praticamente ovunque l'oceano, i ristoranti e la linea ferroviaria o degli autobus. Puoi rilassarti barbecue e sorseggiando bevande fresche con la famiglia e gli amici sulla veranda dopo aver preso il sole sulla spiaggia tutto il giorno. Le brezze oceaniche sono rinfrescanti. La casa si trova su un angolo e ci sono viste sul lungomare ad est e vista sul bacino del lago a sud. È un'area particolarmente adatta per riposare e ridurre lo stress da una lunga settimana lavorativa.

Questa spaziosa casa ha un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina abitabile, lavanderia e bagno al primo piano. Al secondo piano ci sono quattro camere da letto e due bagni completi. Ci sono due letti singoli, due matrimoniali e un letto king per la vostra comodità. Al terzo piano c'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. C'è anche una piccola alcova al terzo piano con un letto singolo per un ospite durante la notte. Tutti gli utensili da cucina (piatti, bicchieri, pentole / padelle, ecc.) Sono forniti. South Bradley Beach è un quartiere tranquillo. Molti residenti trascorrono il fine settimana in completo relax. È ancora meno popolata durante i mesi invernali e offre un rifugio per il riposo. Se vuoi più divertimento, Atlantic City è un'ora a sud e New York City è un'ora a nord in auto. Shopping e ristoranti sono abbondanti nella zona. Asbury Park è una mecca per gli amanti del divertimento e del cibo. L'Area divertimenti Six Flags è raggiungibile in 30 minuti in auto. Camminare, andare in bicicletta e fare jogging sono attività popolari tra i vacanzieri. La pesca è popolare poiché la Shark River Inlet è raggiungibile a piedi e si rivolge alle persone che vogliono pescare di giorno e di notte nella vicina Marina di Belmar. La pesca del blues è divertente e stimolante poiché hanno combattuto alla grande! L'attività diurna più popolare sta andando in spiaggia. Boogie boarding, parasailing, body surf, kayak, paddle boarding, surf, skimming e nuoto sono solo alcune delle attività offerte dai bagnanti.

Beautiful home, plenty of space. So close to the beach. Easy to walk into town too. Particularly loved the huge wrap around porch. Third floor makes the home essentially a 6 bedroom. 3rd floor has a very large BR, small, cute sun room, and completely seperate alcove with half wall & room divider for privacy with a single bed, that made a perfect bedroom for our granddaughter, with her parents in the main BR. Home had everything you need.

Can’t beat the location or front porch

Great house with plenty of room for a big crowd. Kitchen with huge breakfast bar was a plus and we ate many meals on the wraparound porch. Lots of bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. Linda was very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to staying there again!

We love to see families enjoying themselves in our beach home since we can not be there all the time. It was fun to see your family of 5 biking to breakfast. This house is very spacious and comfortable. Just as pictured and described on the VRBO site. The location is magnificent. Linda the owner is very open to comments and requests, and replies promptly to messages. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Phenomenal Location

Fantastic hostess, spacious accommodations, the biggest television in Bradley Beach, a massive wrap around porch with great views and a phenomenal location! Linda was super easy to work with and very helpful with all questions. Short walk to the beach with beach passes included & short walk to numerous fantastic restaurants in Avon & Bradley and a short bike ride to Asbury. Cold a/c or a great breeze from the beach. Loved spending time in Bradley at this lovely home! Many thanks Linda!

Perfect spot for family gathering at the beach.

Our grown children live in various parts of the US and getting them together at least once a year is a top priority for us. Linda's home is the perfect place for a large family gathering as the home is very spacious. The kitchen and dining room were great for family meals and there was more than enough bedroom space. The living room was very spacious and allowed the family to all gather to play charades or watch a movie on the large screen TV. We all agreed however that the large wrap around porch and the proximity to the beach were the best features .

Great family home (reviewed by daughter)

This house has great accommodations in most every way. The home has multiple beds that are large enough to sleep couples as well as several singles, makes it great to have multiple generations or families. The kitchen was very nicely sized and equipped. The bathrooms were good sized even though the vintage shower was a bit cozy. It was nice to have 3 toilets for the size of the home, many homes of that area and era don’t. The outdoor shower shed was awesome for getting home from the beach and minimizing the amount of beach you brought in with you. Common room furniture was comfy and accommodated a good size group. We did not get to utilize the porch as much as we had hoped to thanks to Ian turning up for over half our stay. The bit of time we did get to use it it was very nice size and there was plenty of furniture options to choose from. The way the blocks are laid out right in the area make it basically a block to the beach out the back door, so the location is awesome. Not to mention it is only a few blocks to the greatest pizza in the world Vic’s. My husband loves that he could walk there since the parking can at times be a challenge, he eats there at least once a day on our trips. Linda was very friendly and accommodating and flexible for my parents. She was also very accessible with calls to answer questions as well as calling us when she received notice that internet service was experiencing an interruption. She also provides linens which blows my southern mind how many in the area do not. This was a great rental experience and a very comfortable stay. As close to home as a rental can be.

The house was perfect for our multi-couple vacation. We loved our mornings and evenings on the porch and the dining room fit all of us for meals and game nights. The home is impeccably kept and Linda is a fantastic host. She was very responsive in our communications and clear in her instructions with check in and check out. The location is ideal for both walking to town and the beach and is a short drive to other neighboring towns for dinner and shopping. We hope to make this an annual trip.

Wonderful home with everything you need.

This home was very clean and obviously well cared for with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to beach and town. The owner is pleasant and extremely helpful. If we could have stayed for two weeks I would have. We enjoyed our week here very, very much.

Our guests treated our home with respect during their stay and left our home in order following the departure instructions to a tee. We appreciated how our guests communicated their needs before their stay and continued to ask questions once in our home. It is comforting to rent to a family who wants to do the right thing and treat our home with respect. We welcome them back anytime.

Amazing house in Bradley!

My family and I stayed in this house for a week and had the best time. The house is a good size, lots of space and multiple bathrooms is nice. The house could not be in a better location, you had a view of the ocean and the lake. My favorite place in the house was sitting on the large, wrap around porch (there were 2 tables and plenty of chairs). The house came with beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen supplies, which was so nice because it was one less thing to have to pack. Kitchen has been renovated recently, and is a great size. The home owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it for any family.

A Beautiful Place to Stay!

We stayed here in October for a week and were so happy with the home and our stay! The pictures are beautiful...but hardly compare to actually being here. Everything you could possibly want was available in the home, including board games, wifi, and a spectacular location. The house is very clean and extremely comfortable! The owner had everything set up upon arrival and was easy to contact if we had a question. It is located minutes from the beach and from the patio, you can see the lake across the way...."amazing"! Taking a walk to the beach and jogging in the morning after coffee was such a great experience! Very nice neighborhood, quiet and lush! I would definately recommend this home for anyone who is intersted in taking a very relaxing vacation and enjoying your time away from home!

So much more than we barg...

So much more than we bargained for! To attend my brother's wedding in nearby Ocean Grove, my husband and I were charged with taking care of my elderly mom, who was also bringing an old family friend, so we felt a house would provide for their needs far better than a hotel or B&B. This house was absolutely perfect! Home is HUGE, 3000 square feet, with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, so we had my sister and her husband stay with us as well--along with several other wedding guests who we convinced to spend the night rather than drive home after the reception. In fact, the reception ended early--and having to vacate the hall at 7pm, many guests had not seen each other in years, so we invited them back to our rental house, where we were able to seat and entertain a good 30+ people in comfort and style! This house is well equipped for entertaining, from stacking chairs (a good extra 20)to all kinds of card and board games! There is a sectional sofa, a pull-out sofa and a futon. Large dining room with table that seats 8-10 and 2nd table in expansive kitchen that is larger than most livingrooms, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, and every imaginable accessory! Impressive entrance with wrap-around porch, flanked by 2 stone lions. 1/2 bath downstairs, great for guests, and 2 full bathrooms upstairs--one is a "walk through" adjoining 2 of the bedrooms. The bedrooms are huge--one with a king-sized bed, 1 with a queen, overlooking the ocean, and the other 2 bedrooms each have not only a queen bed, but an extra twin bed as well. Beautiful, well-lit laundry room on first floor with large capacity washer and dryer. Cable TV is provided with about 60 different channels, along with VCR and DVD players--there are even some movies! Home is equipped with tons of extra towels and bedding, vaccum, mops, and all the cleaning supplies you could possibly want. Upstairs furniture and carpeting is a little dated, but nice and very appropriate for home. So nice, that in the week we stayed there after the the wedding, several of the guests returned to spend a few days with us. This house actually cost much less than having to rent several hotel rooms, and we got so much more! Highly recommended!

It is a perfect location for relaxation. The beach and boardwalk are nearby making walking, running and cycling popular any day of the week. The beach towns are linked together by the boardwalk making it ideal to travel between communities on foot. The beach is beautiful with clean white sand and the ocean is fantastic to swim in.

The location is ideal providing a view of the lake and proximity to the ocean for beach days. The beach is within walking distance and offers a glimpse of the ocean from the second and third floors.

A large barbecue is convenient for cookouts and fireworks can be viewed from the wrap around porch on the house. The outside sand shower provides another option for showering upon returning from the beach. Lounging on the back lawn in late afternoon in the sun makes is easy to unwind.
