Perfect for a large family or a 2 family vacation rental. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental in Indian Shores is a 3 minute walk to the beach, public beach access directly across the street, see pictures. Large living room area, plenty of dining room seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Condominium complex has all the amenities, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, boat docks, fishing pier and putting green. The condo offers easy access to popular attractions that will keep you and your crew entertained during your trip. Perfect Family Getaway

This condo is everything it promises and more! Beautiful views, an easy walk to the beach, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. We stayed comfortably with a large family that included children ranging in age from 3 to 16—there was something for everyone and plenty of space to spread out.We had a minor issue with the coffee pot, and the owner was incredibly kind and responsive—had it fixed right away! The service was top-notch.Honestly, it’s the best of both worlds—you get stunning views of boats coming through the channel and the ocean, right from the balconies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Stayed for a week

Great communication, owner had given me heads up about a door issue that wasn’t affecting our stay just a slamming store door. So that communication was nice to have! Also, just checking up on my party and making sure things were okay!Condo is supplied with most all dishes needed to cook, beach chairs and kids floats and such! Beach wagon, beach towels! It was nice having laundry ( note hot and cold are switched around if doing laundry) Beach close by - 2 bathrooms are a must for our family and what I really liked about this unit is the bedroom furniture is NOT too big ! We’ve stayed in other units and they have the old big dresser and it just takes up way to much space not allowing one to move around as freely so that was a plus for us! And still had plenty of storage regardless if we stayed a week or a month!We did pick up a few floor fans because unit didn’t have ceiling fans but I knew this going into my stay looking at photos. That would have been my only issue if we weren’t able to go snag a few floor fans but again I knew this going in that there was no ceiling fans. It’s honestly personal preference doesn’make for a bad unit! Unit actually had all things to get started. I mean you need your own personal hygiene items and food! Also, supplied with tennis and pickleball items for a good size family. Also, games under tv and playing cards in drawer. Outside balcony was extremely nice and really comfortable outside patio furniture. Overall has what you need! A

Vacation 2025

Trent’s condo is exactly how the property was portrayed at booking. This was the first Florida trip for my family in 8 years and we decided to fly which was a huge concern for us not having what we wanted with us. Trent has gone above and beyond to make sure the condo is fully stocked with glasses, cookware, and appliances. Not to mention Trent has 10 beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, and towels for the stay. This was a huge relief and gave us peace of mind. The absolute only thing my family could come up with that we would like the condo to have is ceiling fans (haha).If you’re thinking of booking this condo absolutely do it! It accommodated 8 comfortably for our stay. We will be back!

This property is wonderful. The view is amazing! The place has everything you need if you are heading to the beach or staying in and preparing a meal. The owners kept in contact in case you needed something. We would definitely book this property again. 5 star all the way around. .

Beautiful Views with clean spacious rooms

Very spacious condo on the top floor with sunrise and sunset views. Short walk to the beach lots of beach amenities. We traveled with a family of 8 and it had plenty of room for all of us. Lots of beach chairs umbrellas and a cooler to make the beach enjoyable. Lots of things to do within walking distance or a short drive It was very clean and had lots of toiletries and kitchen items. Made flying a lot easier when you do t have to worry about packing those little detailsgreat communication with Trent before and during our stay. He was very informative about the place and the area. Would love to stay again only longer next time

This place was stocked with all kinds of amenities that we needed. The location was perfect walking distance to beach. The owner was amazing to deal with. He made sure we had what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend. Definitely would book again.

Views, views, views!

The condo was amazing and is in a great location. Very clean, as advertised and had everything you needed for the beach including a wagon, chairs, and coolers. Pickleball, tennis equipment, and covered parking was a great touch. We even saw dolphins from the condo balcony. The owner responded back quickly and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo had everything we needed for the beach and many kitchen essentials. Beautiful views and quick beach access. Owner was incredibly responsive and checked in with us daily. Highly recommend.

Manatees and dolphins Oh My!

We loved our stay and seeing manatees and dolphins daily. You are on the intercoastal but can watch the sunset from the corner balcony. Great kitchen, fully stocked for Thanksgiving cooking! Thanks for the perfect family week.

Amazing view

The condo is very nice with an amazing view. The location is on the intracoastal with lots of dolphins and boats moving about. The beach is a quick walk with convenient crossing areas and a trolley stop out front. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and mini golf are all within walking distance. If looking for. 3 BR with a view of the intracoastal this is a great choice. Property host was quick to respond with any questions.

Penthouse with a View!

This penthouse had an amazing view! We saw lots of Florida wildlife and sunsets from our balcony. The accommodations were great for a family vacation and the owners made sure everything you needed was readily available. Trent was in contact prior to check in with all the necessary information, and continued to check in to make sure everything was going good. Highly recommend this penthouse!

The perfect condo

The condo was amazing, had great views and plenty of room for our family of 10 (adults and children). Communication was was great from host Trent before and during our stay. The condo had everything we could have needed from cooking to going to the beach, we enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay again.

Great Experience in Indian Shores!

Trent was a great host! He communicated with throughout out stay. He was quick to respond and supportive. The condo has amazing views from the balcony of the ocean and inlet. Also, the condo was fully stocked with everything you need except for food and your clothes. It was truly a great experience. Thank you, Trent!

Great location and views!

Location of condo was great. Easy walk right across the street to the beach. Condo had a wagon, beach chairs, and pool floats. Pool was wonderful. We saw dolphins everyday from the pool and our balcony! Condo was clean. Check in and out was easy. Dedicated covered parking spot easy to get in and out of. We enjoyed playing pickle ball every evening with equipment from the condo. Trent communicated everything we needed to know for the trip. Would highly recommend this spot for a relaxing vacation! We had a group of 6 aged 15 - 84! Plenty of space for everyone and beds where comfy! Fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need!

Perfect Family Vacation Location

Excellent location close to the beach and restaurants. The condo is beautiful, pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Very roomy and comfortable for our family of 9. The views from the terrace are awesome! The amenities are great and the condo is well stocked. My two adult sons were not happy with their beds but Trent assured me this is being taken care of. Trent is a wonderful host and we would definitely return in the future!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was the perfect size for two small families with young kids. We really enjoyed the large balcony and we were able to see dolphins from it in the evenings. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed…even a few beverages were left in the fridge which were appreciated after a long day of travel. We used the trolley a few times and found it pretty easy to get where we needed. The location to the beach was great, just a short walk. We used instacart & DoorDash because we didn’t have a car and had no problems. The pool was great and heated to the perfect temperature. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!

Lovely penthouse, with a great location.

We loved everything about this property, especially the location, the floor plan worked great for our family and was so spacious. The pool and hot tub were nice and we used them everyday. Just a short walk to the beach, the wagon that was provided made hauling beach gear so smooth. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future. My 3 year old didn't want to leave . Thanks for such a nice stay.

Extended Family Get Together

We could not have chosen a better place. Our stay in this penthouse condo at the Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club was beyond our expectations. The unit was very clean and welcoming; and the views of the gulf, the inland waterway and the condo grounds were spectacular. The instructions provided by the owner on how to get to the condo, and how to access the condo and use amenities were clear and concise. The condo itself is very comfortable and everything you need is there. The owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Go see it for yourself, you won't regret it!

Above and Beyond

Everything about this rental went above and beyond!!! Our family of 7 stayed at this condo from July 30th through August 6th and we were more than pleased. The first thing to mention is the phenomenal communication with Trent! We were sent instructions and helpful information in advance as well as a few days prior to our stay. Upon our arrival we received a very thoughtful message welcoming us and wishing us a wonderful stay. Trent is very approachable and returns your texts promptly and professionally. Attention to detail was superb. The condo is well stocked and the location is amazing! The views, did I mention the views? Amazing views!!! We have rented many condos throughout the years and this property and the managing of it exceeded our expectations! We will definitely book this condo in the future.
