Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun! Escape the heat in our 20,000 gallon, 9 ft deep pool(heated in the winter), or get your hoop on with a fun game of basketball! Need a tan? Relax on the rooftop sundeck for those nice Arizona UVs. Or have some friendly competition with a game of foosball or one of our many board games we have on deck.

THE SPACE

We are located right in the center of the Phoenix metropolitan area just a few minutes from the 17 freeway. Only 3 minutes from GCU (go Lopes!), 10 to downtown Glendale, 15 to the airport, and 18 to Westgate.

This property features 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, an open area dining/living room space, dedicated work space, and FULL kitchen.

We had a great stay. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our stay. We traveled to AZ for our daughters college graduation and we able to enjoy the space. The heated pool was so nice to have in the high 70s temps in mid-December. There was a lot of space and a lot of games - this house is all set to have a fun time.

Good location near GCU campus

Great house. Had everything we needed and so close to GCU. My sister in law and I had a great time being close to our college kids. The kids made a fantastic dinner in this large kitchen and the pool was great.

Comfortable home in Glendale AZ

Our family enjoyed 3 nts at this home. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. Home was comfortable and clean; while exterior needed work the inside living areas were clean and spacious!

Great family friendly house

Perfect Family Home

We loved staying in this home! The bedrooms and kitchen are very spacious and everything was very clean. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and basketball court! Andrew provides many amenities that make you feel at home. He is a very attentive host and made us feel appreciated and cared for. We would love to stay here again next time!

College move in stay

This house was perfect for moving our daughter into GCU. It was a short drive to the campus, restaurants and shopping. It was also just 20 minutes or so from the airport. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The large back patio with fenced in pool and small basketball court were nice for hanging out and passing the time. There is also a foosball table in the living room. Will stay again when we travel to Phoenix to visit.

Lovely House

We had a great stay for my birthday weekend! The inside of the house was immaculate and tastefully remodeled. The outside looks far more dated than the pictures show online, and we were surprised at the difference between the backyard and inside. We were disappointed to find no wine glasses for the celebratory weekend, and the ceiling fan above the master was wiggling precariously and squeaking loudly, so we didn’t use it, which made the room warmer. However, we had a lovely time and would rent again. The owner was easy to communicate with - friendly, professional, and helpful. Happy with our stay overall!

Welcome to my profile! I'm a 25 year old from the SF Bay Area recently transplanted in Phoenix. But, since I work remote, I find myself travelling all over, often back to CA to visit family and friends!

So, here's my story. After growing up in the east bay area, I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2020, right into the pandemic. Luckily, after a few months unemployed and back living with my parents, I was able to get a remote job. Being remote, I was able to move wherever I wanted. So, after a brief stint in San Diego, I moved to Phoenix and bought my first home right at the end of 2021.

I come from a big, complicated family (9 brothers and sisters!) As such, I know how important it is to have a spot for the whole family to come hangout, play games, and spread some love! That's why I was so excited to invest in my house on Sierra Vista dr. It has a pool, basketball court, sundeck, and plenty of space for all my family! Exactly what I needed. But now, I'm opening it up to Vrbo to spread that experience for other families looking for a spot to celebrate, relax, or simply hangout! Its been great for my family, and I know it will be great for yours too!

I have a simple motto -- be good. Being good means to be kind, helpful, trustworthy, and to try your best to leave a positive mark on the world. These words encompass the beliefs I hold as a person. It's also what helps guide the kind of vrbo host I try to be. As such, I even have these words "be good" painted onto the sports court to remind myself and others to always act in the right way.
