A beautiful chalet near a lake in the Pocono! A very family focused home.

*Comfortably sleeps 4 adults + 3 children + 1 infant
*Guests must be 25+ to book

Located in Bear Creek Place with access (at no extra cost) to community pool, lake, and a playground.

Nearby Beautiful Downtown Jim Thorpe, Lake Harmony, Big Boulder, Jack Frost & Split Rock Indoor Water Park! Close to whitewater rafting, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, ATV, wineries, hiking, fishing, skiing & more!

The space
Discover what makes Bella Bear cabin so great to spend time with loved ones.

The space is catered to families looking to seek adventure amongst the nature Pocono has to offer. There is a full kitchen stocked for those looking to make homemade meals to enjoy. The living room has a large couch to enjoy movies on the Smart TV. There is a propane fireplace that is safe to touch in the middle of the chalet for extra heat & comfort during the cold nights.

First Bedroom: Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed
Third Bedroom: 1 Bunk Bed (twin mattresses) and 1 Twin Bed

Outside, the home features a wood burning fire pit** and propane grill** with Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining room set with plenty of seats. We provide a plethora of outdoor games and beach chairs.

** We do not provide propane or fire wood for the grill/fire-pit. There is an honor system where guests leave full tanks behind for the next guests to use and so forth. **

Other things to note
The pool & lake is OPEN EVERYDAY. It will be closed for the remainder of the year after Labor Day weekend.

Please use the Bear Creek Lake Community badges while using amenities. (Provided to up to 10 guests). Vehicles will be given passes (3 max).

Trash disposal will be handled by the cleaning team upon checkout. We request no trash is left outside to avoid attracting unwanted campers!

For infants, we provide additional items to help create a relaxing experience for parents:
- Highchair that clips onto the chair
- Pack n Play with clean washable cover, fitted sheets, and mattress
- Bumbo chair
- Mamaroo swing with infant insert
- Fisher Price infant-to-toddler rocker
- 2 Baby gates

Anniversary weekend

We spent the last weekend of October at Bella Bear Cabin for a wedding anniversary getaway. Throughout the process and my many questions, the property manager quickly responded. Upon arrival at Bella Bear Cabin, my husband and I were greeted with a thoughtful "Happy Anniversary" banner and other treats, which we appreciated. It was a very clean, well appointed property that was well beyond what we needed with apparent thought to detail for families and couples. We enjoyed the fireplace immensely, hiking in the nearby parks (including a full moon night hike) and shopping at Jim Thorpe. In the morning, it was not uncommon to see deer right on the property. I was also delighted to indulge myself in a few games of Ms. Pacman. For anyone visiting over the weekend during the month of October during Jim Thorpe weekend fall festival, it is definitely very crowded with lots of traffic. The route we chose took us through Jim Thorpe and unfortunately, getting to Bella Bear Cabin from the Jim Thorpe train station area took us about 45 - 60 minutes. We will be better prepared next time. Highly recommend Bella Bear cabin for anyone visiting the area!

Great place for family time.

The host thought of everything you could need from pack and play to baby gates to corn hole boards. Great time for our first Vrbo rental.

Great home and host!

I stayed at Bella bear cabin with my 2yr old and my mother for a baby shower nearby. We were there for a couple nights and it was great! I wish I had more time to enjoy the area! The house was very clean and cozy and had the absolute softest carpet! We were greeted with s’mores supplies and coffee and snacks! All linens and towels were available as well as soap and anything you could need as far as kitchen appliances and pans and utensils! I loved that they had so many things for my toddler, the pack n play was already set up for me upon arrival which was so nice! There was also games galore! The property was very cute and the area had many roads to walk during the day! I didn’t get to visit the beach or pool as it was off season, but I’ll surely try to come back in the summer and stay again! I had a small issue figuring out the keypad lock (a mistake on my end.. I’m not very familiar with keypad locks) and the host was SO FAST to get back to me and help me unlock the property even with it being about 8pm! I am so pleased with my stay. Would def recommend to others as well as stay again!
