After having to cancel my previous reservation due a hurricane, I found this location available during my dates of the previous reservation. They friendly and answered all our questions. The only thing is the TV in the MBRM, although it had cable, it didn't have any of the viewing services like the other tvs.Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

Roomy condo with everything you need. Very comfortable with nice balcony. Great location and property. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shops.

Great Stay!

Dated building, but clean. Very safe and convenient location within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and a nice park with playground.

Overall, a very nice villa in our favorite complex. Clean and nicely furnished. The biggest problem was that none of the patio doors lock.

Summer Getaway

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be is to replace the shower heads. The stream is very narrow making it difficult to get a good rinse. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.

We picked this property due to its proximity to the Coligny Beach parking lot where we took the bus to the RBC Heritage golf tournament. It was perfect! There was even a bridge from the property into the parking lot. The place itself was a very nice size, with one very nice size king bedroom, and the other a queen. The bathroom for the queen was not connected to the room and didn't have a lot of counter space, but the whole setup for the king bedroom was very spacious. We were able to walk to the the shops and restaurants near the beach. The sundries provided were only good to get you going. If you didn't bring your own you would have needed to go shopping, but that was expected. The place was very clean and they had a nice pool but we didn't swim since we were there for the golf. The beach is right across the street. We would definitely return to this location for next year's golf tournament, and would love to return another time just for the proximity to the ocean. The only issue we had was that the slider to the deck was very hard to close from the outside.

Nice location

The property was nice and good location. The master shower was terrible no pressure. I emailed the property manager about ten days before our trip I was disappointed I never got a response. Dishwasher didn’t work but we didn’t really need it. They did sent someone out to look at it right away.

Great Location

We enjoyed our time there and the convenient location. The condo was comfortable except the kitchen was not as noted in description. Very few utensils for meal prep (no vegetable peeler or tongs, mixer, 1 small mixing bowl, no place to put non-refrigerated foods). The vertical blinds in master are not functional. Two slats fell off as we tried to open. Put them in dresser draw with others stored there.

Great place for vacation!

This place was not just about location but also having space! My family of 5 and my mother stayed there with adequate rooms and baths and really felt comfortable. Pool was really nice and convenient, and it's good to only walk up one flight of stairs. The property manager was very good in responding to requests so I suggest if you see any issues when coming in, then report them right away! We delayed in this on a couple things and would've been better off if we had just asked right away. It was not difficult and they clearly do want to help. For instance, the blender was missing from the kitchen, but we just dealt with it and waited a few days to ask. Within a day after calling and asking, however, we received a new blender! Great place and we'd love to come again!
