Wonderful Columbus Day weekend on the IslandWe really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The home was very comfortable, clean, and offered plenty of space for four adults. It is in a convenient area that made getting around Nantucket very easy. A quick walk into town and the bike path is just across the street. Jennifer was helpful and very responsive throughout our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer was a fantastic host. Great communication and easy check in and check out. We came to Nantucket for a family wedding. A nor’easter decided to try and mess with our plans but it was unsuccessful. With the storm coming Jennifer reached out to make us aware that the house was available if we needed to come earlier to the island and or if we needed to stay longer due to storm. Jennifer was in contact once we arrived on the island checking in to be sure we had everything we needed and that we were all safe with the storm. There were 4 adults in our group and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The beds were extremely comfortable; house was clean and we had all the kitchen amenities we would need along with plenty of bath towels. Full size Washer/dryer a major plus. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren’t able to enjoy their beautiful spacious backyard with grill and outdoor seating nor did we use the bikes that were available at the house. We didn’t bring a car to the island but the driveway has space for a couple of cars. The house is located in a great spot and walking distance to center of town for shopping or dining. This was our first time to Nantucket and we will definitely be back to explore the island. We highly recommend Jennifer and her beautiful home.

Everything was wonderful. Very comfortable clean and close to town. There was excellent communication with the host she answered quickly. We would stay here again for sure. We highly recommend.

Jennifer was an amazing host. She was available and quick to respond to any questions and was extremely accommodating. The house was perfect for our girls weekend and all of us felt very comfortable there. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Getaway

We had a fabulous stay! The location was within walking distance to town, the house itself was extremely clean and comfortable, and Jennifer was very easy and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!!

cozy home with great location

the home was very cozy and comfortable and location was great to get to town and to the bike trails. bikes were provided in the garage. well stocked and supplied home. host was excellent with communication. highly recommend

Comfortable, cozy house with all you need

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the house, and while it was a busy family wedding weekend we were able to enjoy hanging out and cooking some meals and gathering in the living room. Host Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating. We were grateful for the bikes, and even without them it's an easy walk to town and other areas. The only thing to note is that it is a blind exit to back out of the driveway. You'll want a second person to help guide you out and give the 'all clear'!

Amazing space - such a hidden gem

Absolutely loved our stay here! I couldn’t recommend it more. The location is unbeatable: just a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bike/ride to nearly anywhere on the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful- any time we had a question (even about something small like the heat, local recs, or bag storage), we got a reply within minutes.The backyard was a total highlight. We found ourselves spending every early evening gathered around the outdoor table. The home is also beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout, like Parachute duvets, plenty of natural light, shutters in every bedroom, and gorgeous glassware.Truly one of the best finds on the island. Perfect for a girls’ weekend with hundreds of photos taken.

Wonderful home near it all

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place. Plenty of room for six adults, although you will definitely need to flip for the master bedroom which has an en suite and lots more space. Unfortunately it rained much of our trip so we didn’t enjoy the outdoor space although it looked wonderful with a very spacious yard and large dining table. Everything in the home was well organized and clean and we made use of many items in the well appointed kitchen. We also loved the bedding - it was very comfortable and a cozy home! We also did many of the puzzles (rain). We also enjoyed admiring the Old Mill across the street. The home is an easy walk into the heart of town. The host Jennifer is very kind and communicative, providing recommendations and tips which really made our stay. We used Rhonda concierge service for grocery delivery on our first day, one of the services Jennifer recommended, and also enjoyed many excellent restaurants. We also really appreciated the six bikes available to use. We hope to return one day under better weather conditions!

We had a wonderful stay at this Nantucket home. The house was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week.The location was ideal—close enough to town for an easy 12-minute walk, which was perfect for working off a few beers and lobster rolls, yet far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxed. It was also very easy to access the bike paths. For longer rides, you may want to rent bikes unless the ones provided happen to fit you perfectly.The linens and towels were especially nice and added a touch of luxury to the stay. Our kids loved the backyard, spending hours climbing trees, and we enjoyed grilling and cooking out in the evenings.Overall, a fantastic Nantucket home that strikes a great balance between convenience, comfort, and outdoor enjoyment. We’d happily stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of 5 women. Easy walk from the ferry, to town, island kitchen and stop and shop! The house was very charming, decorated for the holidays, very clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again! Thanks! Jody
