We had an amazing time! We were conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do and the host made checking in and out was seamless. They also checked on us to make sure everything was going well after the first night. Definitely recommend for large crowds.

We were in a nice area. It accommodated most of our needs. We were really disappointed that there was only one TV in the entire house, that would keep us from renting again. The mattress in the bedroom on the bottom floor needs replacing ASAP. The floor was definitely not swept and mopped good

We had a great stay here!!!!! Very clean and super fun place. Great location! The host was very very helpful and responsive! I highly recommend this place! If I come back to Nashville I will definitely book here again!

My group of 13 had a great time in Units A and D. The adjoining terrace facilitated get togethers, and when the weather didn't accommodate, the living areas of each unit could easily allow all 13 of us to comfortably be in the same room and enjoy each others company. The units were appropriately stocked with the necessities to enable an enjoyable stay.

We rented two units and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The Taylor Swift themed apartments were absolutely adorable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop jacuzzi was a huge highlight, perfect for relaxing after a full day.What made it even better was how well the space worked for our large group. Everyone had their own privacy, while still having really cool common areas to hang out together. It struck the perfect balance.We also accidentally left an item behind, and the manager responded incredibly fast and was beyond helpful. That level of care really stood out.Highly recommend staying here we couldn’t be happier and would absolutely book again.

Interior Walls: Scuffed, stained, and visibly dirty throughout the unit. Floor Rugs: Severely worn, frayed, and in poor condition. Outdoor Area: Furniture and deck structures are deteriorating, with visible damage and instability. Bathroom: Shower curtain is heavily infested with mold, posing a hygiene concern.

Host was very responsive and accommodated our group after our other VRBO host canceled on us with no notice. The property was clean and well appointed. Location is close to Nashville hotspotss, although not easily walkable at night. The house has a bit of cosmetic wear, but nothing that impacted the quality of the stay. Host even accommodated a late check out for a small fee. Would stay there again.
