Perfection in Colfax

Older Property but updated and absolute immaculate. Owners were very communicative and even surprised us with a bottle of wine. Very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Would stay again. Only drawback for some people might be a long flight of stairs, but if that's not an issue, this apartment is perfect

Nice place

I stayed while I was in town for family weekend at WSU. My time was short and only slept there. The apartment was very nice blend of old and new. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Even though it’s on the Main Street there was no road noise noticed. I will definitely try to stay here next year.

Beautiful stylish apartment oasis

Stayed for a quick trip to the Palouse and it was perfect. The location was excellent. The amenities were beautiful and the apartment was definitely a wonderful place to come back to every evening. No detail has been left out. Shower had great water, pressure and temperature. The mini splits made the rooms, comfy, and cozy. Can’t say enough about how wonderfully communicative the hosts were.

The well-appointed apartment was exceptionally clean with luxurious finishes in every room. We were able to cook in the perfectly equipped kitchen, finding high quality ingredients within walking distance at Rosaurs. We highly recommend this quiet and comfortable place to stay!
