Just as described

Unit is just as described- perfect for a couple. Beautiful views from balcony and super easy check-in. Great communication with property management.

Great room with a great view!

The room was perfect, and the view was great. They were doing some kind of work, which required 3 lines from the top to bottom of the building and the lines were right in front of our balcony, still a great view though! We will likely stay again!

Pricey

We have stayed here before in very similar suites that included a dishwaher and no worries about accidentally staining washcloths/towels. Also, we paid a LOT less for longer stays.

Overall this was a good experience. The bed was not up to par. There was a literal divot on the left side of the bed.It was quite uncomfortable.I also understand the need to disclose extra fees for missing items and such however, the note that referenced dirty towels/washcloths and make up on pillow cases I felt was a bit much.While understand not everyone is respectful, I believe some normal wear and tear to items such as towels should be anticipated from people on vacation. I managed this myself and purchased my own after reading that blurb. The cotton balls offered for removing makeup so as not to soil the linens was nice however, they are dry and not helpful. A suggestion would be individually wrapped make up wipes.The view is nice but is not good if you want to watch the sun rise.

Room was advertised as a suite, but wasn’t big enough for two adults and a pet. Next time we will ask for a one bedroom. The TV was hard to run, being a Roku had no experience how to find stations to watch and there weren’t any instructions.

The place overall was okay. I had major concerns with the cleanliness, as we had not noticed til later in the evening before bed that there was mold forming at the bottom of the shower floor. Dirty/stained towels are to be expected but also found several long curly black/brown hairs in the towels and on the surfaces of the room that were not ours. We dealt with this as we only stayed here for two days but also noticed literally an hour ago after I had already received my deposit back that they tried to take the 300 deposit again (if the place was nicer 300 deposit wouldn’t be a big deal but this obviously isn’t the case). I am positive we left no damages in our TWO day stay and any damages that were there were from previous people, and I know this cause I took several pictures of the damages as soon as we walked in the door and sent everything to management and they did nothing, though I sent these pictures to let them know they were not from us. Overall the place was okay but not for the price, cleanliness, and poor management skills. We stayed 7/16-7/18 and I am writing this review 7/20.
