This home has been professionally furnished and designed. features a large custom kitchen, covered lanai, pool, and fenced private yard, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with an outdoor pool powder room, perfect for the entire family! Located just minutes from the interstate, the airport, beaches, USF, Downtown, Busch Gardens, Stadiums, Zoo, Aquarium, and much more are within a short drive!

• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Not worth it!

This house was a disappointment. The interior has been redone so that is nice. There was very little in the house. Not a lot of places to hang out, no extra blankets, and there were a few dead cockroaches. The pool was the most disappointing part. It was filthy when we arrived - lots of leaves and a ton of dirt on the bottom. We took care of the leaves as I know it was windy and hard to keep those out. But we couldn’t do anything about the dirt on the bottom. When asked if the pool could be cleaned I was told no. We ended up using the skimmer thing on the bottom to try and move the dirt to one side so we could hang out. That kind of worked but it was disappointing. There is only one couch and a few sitting chairs outside- no patio furniture. Don’t come here if you want a relaxing day by the pool. A few days in the floor started flooding - tons of water seeping up through the flooring. Someone came to fix that but not mop up the water. The dining room carpet was soaked so we couldn’t use that to eat anymore. The location is close to the casino and that is the only good thing I’d say about it. All in all- a big disappointment.

Great location but needs alot of maintenance

Check in was great. Location is great in terms of getting around. But house are too close to each other can her everything from next door. Alot of flys in the entrance, staurday we found out why. House in side was pretty just like the pictures. Big and also the rooms. 3 bathrooms 4 rooms , kitchen had alot of appliances. Thank you for that. Only 2 rooms had tv. And the livingroom. Only two rooms the a/c worked good. Could use a painting indoor. Had towels but really old. Good thing i always bring mind. Saturday morning we decided to stay in make breakfast and get in the pool. Which they came and clean. Mosquito outdoor was bad. Either your in the pool or inside the house. Wanted to use the grill but took a look and cover it right away. Was so nasty. Should get a new one because is so nasty. By 3pm alot of water was coming underneath the toilet. It flooded the bathroom. In the hall way . Had to use all towels there. I inform the company asap. The maintenance person came so nice and told us was sending a plumber and getting us fresh new towels. Was communicating via text with the company but the person was careless and only worry about the property. I told them we had reservations dinner and a concert at 6pm but they didn't care. I even told them one of my daughter was in her days. And was assuming we put sanitary product in the toilet. We were told not to use water. So for 3 hours we had no water. The plumber can and it was the sewer that was soo full.
