I really enjoyed my stay! The property is comfortable, well maintained, and is in a quiet gated community. The kitchen was well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans and all the small appliances you need to cook like you’re at home. The patio is east facing, giving you morning sun and afternoon shade. If you like to go for walks, there are great paths nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the great review. We're glad the property was comfortable, well maintained, and in a quiet gated community. Happy the kitchen had the stainless steel cookware and small appliances you needed, and that you enjoyed the east-facing patio with morning sun and afternoon shade. Nice place in great location

We enjoyed the condo, as it was comfortable and close to shopping, restaurants and golf courses.

Nice place

This is a nice property in a good Chandler location. Within walking distance to some restaurants, a local grocery store and is close to the pool area. The property manager was very responsive with any questions or issues we had.

2083 Fulton Ranch

Exceptionally nice condo in a great location. We were there for the month of March and had a wonderful stay in this fully stocked, ready to live-in condo in Fulton Ranch. The deck is beautiful with a Traeger grill and confortable furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from coffee maker to blender. Very nice in every way!

We were anticipating enjoying the patio as it looked very nice in the picture, not the case, the furniture was dirty and the trees right next to the patio continually dropped all sorts of seeds. A month into our 2 month stay, we were informed the entire complex is being painted. There were painters right next to our patio for a week, we could not use our patio for a week, all our window and patio were covered in plastic. The furniture was ruined by the time they were done. We left 9 days before our time was up. The bedrooms were not as pictured, twin beds instead of a king, and they were extremely noisy to lay on. Nobody could use them. Would not recommend this property as it did not live up to the pictures and description.
