The bright and airy upper level features an open-concept living space with a wood-burning fireplace and a well-stocked kitchen, ideal for gathering and preparing meals. Step out onto the expansive deck to sip your favorite drink, enjoy the mountain air by the gas firepit, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.

The luxurious primary suite is located upstairs and features a king bed, large deck access, and an en suite bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find two guest rooms with king beds (one convertible to XL twins), a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a cozy lounge with a sleeper sofa and backyard access. The second guest bedroom also features a gas fireplace and sliding doors to the outdoor firepit. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
