Welcome to 706 Brighton, this sleek, airy and open condo is ready for your fabulous beach vacation! The living area is bright and inviting, it features a pull-out sofa and access to the large balcony. The dining area is spacious and seats four. The kitchen is delightful, it has a fantastic granite counter height eat-at bar with 3 seats and a bay window to see the gorgeous, south-facing ocean view and has new stainless steel appliances.. The master bedroom is quite large, it has a king-sized bed, an ensuite, and accesses the balcony. The ensuite has a double vanity, an extra-large jetted tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and is directly across from the guest bathroom.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

Love everything about this rental!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! Great communication with the owner, easy check-in, clean and spacious condo with so many amenities. My kids loved the pools and waterpark. No issues with the elevators during our stay either. We will definitely stay here again.

Adorable Decor

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! It came with everything we needed for our family vacation, including the wristbands needed to access the pool and splash park. We will definitely be back!

Just OK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drone all night and was looking forward to a nice comfortable bed to sleep in. Instead when we arrived the Condo had a musky smell to it. The master bed felt like an elephant had slept in it for years, the pillows were as flat as pancakes. The kitchen was remodeled and was nice but the rest of the place needs major updates. Only 1 TV controller to run 3 TVs. Overall all wasn’t as satisfied as we have been with other Condos at Kingston. Great view of the Ocean which that means a lot. I would recommend Kingston to a friend but not this particular condo.

Was a great trip.

We loved staying there. Was just what our family needed. Weather was amazing all week. Beach and pool were just great. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Only suggestion we have is may want to take look at master bedroom bed. Its life might be up. Haha. My husband and I kept sliding to the middle and we would have liked more cooking utensils and sharp knives to cook with. Balcony was our favorite place to be. Overall great trip!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying in MB for a few years and this location will make me look no further! I swear!!! We have 2 small kids and having the 2 bedroom condo amenities, water park, food and drinks right in one spot is like the convenience of an all inclusive vacation. Everything was clean and close by. A parent must have designed this resort!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good at 706 Brighton. Check in process was a breeze! We have stayed at Kingston properties before and electronic check in with code was so much more convenient. We found the unit in good condition, with a few exceptions. We notified the management staff and they were going to take care of issues before next guests arrive. It was nothing that interfered with our stay, just some minor cleaning and maintenance items. It could definitely use some deep cleaning. Location is phenomenal and unit is very comfortable and spacious!
