Craig and Annie were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and respectful, Annie stopped by to help with a question we had and was super quick to respond! They were very helpful with recommendations on places to eat and area entertainmentDefinitely a 100% from us!

Anyone who doesn’t rate the Gathering Place a 10/10 would be someone I wouldn’t want to hang out with. This house is so amazing. It is clean, like CLEAN CLEAN. The nostalgic atmosphere really makes you want to stay longer! Whoever built that adorable place and added all the little details must’ve really loved their wife. it was a perfect weekend for me and 3 teenagers. Thank you so much Annie and Craig!

This is truly a unique home; as others have mentioned, the nostalgia is palpable with all of the memorabilia around the house. The first night we stayed was very uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity and lack of a/c. I feel like this should be mentioned in the description as it is typically an expected amenity. The other three nights, it was not as humid so the windows open with the fans running were able to keep it comfortable. With the windows open, you do hear the train and highway traffic. There were so many little touches that made it a wonderful place to stay and the neighborhood was located within 10-15 minutes of everything we did.

We enjoyed the home. Everything went great. Communication was great. The house is very clean… the yard is big and nice and relaxing…The highway is close so there is road noise at night … which was a small issue for us with sleep, especially since there is no air-conditioning…the lack of ac wasn’t a big deal for us because it wasn’t super hot, but I feel like in the listing it should be mentioned more clearly …I could see it being a an issue for some people, especially when it’s really hot.And having the windows open with the highway noise, not far away.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very well kept and everything was neat as a pin, and it was exceptionally clean. The location was great. The host was wonderful to deal with and communication was excellent.We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, cool house

The property was exactly as advertised, and the owners were great. They offered many things to do when our original plans fell through. I'd absolutely stay here again if I come back to town.

We enjoy having Dinina and her sisters as our guests. Always kept the house clean, took out the garbage, stripped the beds and did the dishes. Their like family to us and we enjoy having them visit. We definitely would welcome them back anytime.
