Absolutely beautiful stay! Right on the water and so easy to access. We really had a very nice time. The sunsets were stunning from the balcony and the reserved parking is a nice bonus! Very close to the town, just a few minutes walk. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Location! Location! Location!I have nothing but positives to say about this property. The condo was clean, close to shopping and restaurants, and across the street from the ocean. I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing and fun family getaway. I will definitely book this accommodation again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family of five (parents and three daughters, ages 20, 20, and 16). The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to easily walk to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and all the attractions in La Jolla Village. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the home was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to experience La Jolla!

Location location location! A perfect ocean view and breeze - walking distance to restaurants and bars, house well stocked with everything you need! There is no A/C so it was a little warm at night but they have lots of fans to help! Grocery store close by and Door Dash for ocean side dining - we loved every minute of the balcony looking directly at the ocean! Easy to get to all things fun! Hope to come back again!

Incredible views

Great place to stay, I would definitely come back again. About a 15 minute walk to the center of town with restaurants and shops. La Jolla is a great choice when visiting San Diego. Place is nicely maintained, comfortable and clean.

Unit has a fantastic view and the parking is definitely an added benefit. I think the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. The dinner chairs are rusted on the legs and the couch was dingy. The drain in the bathtub is clogged. Communication was easy and the Avant app provides a lot of information.

Fun Family Get-together

This was the perfect location for a family birthday celebration! The place was very clean and well organized and the ocean views were spectacular!! While we primarily used it as a centralized location, we did enjoy a fun game night in the comfortable living room. Great memories! We highly recommend staying here!!

This property was just as described. Fabulous location above tide pools, between beaches, and a short walk to children’s pool and La Jolla cove. The unit was comfy, well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the balcony!

Lovely Ocean Views

This was the perfect location for us. Beautiful ocean views, bright yet comfortable modern designed condo and close to everything. We loved walking along the coast as well as through the shops and restaurants of La Jolla and the surrounding neighborhoods. Gorgeous!

Fantastic views of the ocean from the balcony. The weather was great so we were able to have all the windows open and enjoy the ocean air. Great location for walking and access to ocean. Only thing missing was dressers for storage.

Yet it was the first time under the management of AvantStay.Communication with the San Diego Team throughout our stay was exceptional!Location & ability to park in the residential garage are huge pluses. An added value is the LG Inverter Direct Drive All-in-One Washer/Dryer Combo. It was quite suitable for the needs of two adults.We took advantage of a mid-stay cleaning. The cleaning crew did an exceptional job.
