This fully furnished guesthouse is located on Oak Ridge Cay which is a separate little island only be accessible by boat, we provide a boat with its driver to get you to and from.

Come stay at Ocean Breeze Villa, a boutique guesthouse located on Oak Ridge Caye. Guests love the privacy of the property, the rustic modern feel of the bungalows. Guests can enjoy the location with access to the local beach and amenities of The Reef House Resort where you can enjoy a freshwater pool and some of the best snorkeling on the island off their dock. The incredible lush foliage that contrasts the clear blue seas. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups of 10 people. Each guest room has its own private entrance and private bath. Each rooms has 2 queen beds.

These fully furnished guestrooms are located on Oak Ridge Cay which is a separate little island only be accessible by boat, we provide a boat with its driver to get you to and from. The caretaker lives on the property and can help you arrange tours, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling trips. I have contacted VRBO about their map a number of times. We are on a small island off of OakRidge next door to the REEF HOUSE RESORT.

The guesthouse:
3 bedrooms each with two queen beds and bathroom and kitchen/laundry located on the ground floor. The kitchen is shared by all rooms and with the employee who lives on the property. Can sleep up to 12

We are located on the Southeast side of Roatan where the trade winds keep it cool and comfortable. The only noise you'll hear is the sound of the ocean.

It is the perfect place to watch out for different marine life and wildlife.

The home can only be accessed by boat from Oak Ridge, where there is parking/ taxi/ bus. Oak Ridge is an English-speaking shrimping and fishing Village with quaint houses built around a large Harbor on several keys. We are next door to the Reef House Resort, 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from shopping in French Harbor.

There's a beautiful beach walking distance from our house, and lots of fun activities to do while you're here.

We are a family of 3 one adult two children ages 24 and 21. We purchased the home when my children ages were 3 and 6 so my children and many of their friends have great memories of our home. It is a place to come together as a family.
We have traveled to Roatan with my children and the children and our friends, everyone comes away asking to go back. We have homeschooled and traveled most of the world over several years 3 months in Asia, 4 months in South America, many months in Europe,
but this remains my families top pick of places to go. We decided upon Roatan for many reason but one of the main reason is the direct flights to the island from the US.

There are many reason to choose this property and Roatan. Here are a few reasons why we love this home and Roatan.

- It's in a local area that is safe and the people are friendly.
- It is a place for our family to go and unwind from the city life.

We have been traveling to Roatan for years and love the Island life this house provides. I think this is best location on the entire island for the view and security of being on a cay where the kids have loads of freedom.

The privacy, wildlife viewing, the night sky, a peaceful place that allows you to really relax and enjoy nature, the reef wall right in front of the house and the abundance of wildlife.

Roatan is part of a cluster of island archipelagos situated ten to forty miles off the northern coast of Honduras. Roatan is located in between Utila and Guanaja Islands. These islands are a gem in the western Caribbean, and they are surrounded by the largest barrier reef system in the northern hemisphere. The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef is only second in size to Australia's Great Barrier Reef.

The location is accessed only by boat so very safe. The Reef House Resort next door.
The views are unbeatable. We have seen pilot whales, spinning dolphins, whale shark, turtles, birds. Its just amazing.
Since we are not in a large area of people the night stars feel like you could reach up and grab them. There are not many places that the lights do not disturb the night sky. The night sky from the Reef House Dock is worth the trip. In our You will be amazed at what you can see in the day or night.
