Beautiful barely describes this cabin. Mountain brook beside the driveway; such a soothing sound from the deck. Majestic views. Private, yet convenient to Maggie Valley. Wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful time at house in the woods. The mountain view and listening to the creek. This place was awesome. I would most definitely stay there again.

Awesome

Great place to stay! My wife and I enjoyed our stay. House is really nice and clean and perfectly located, only a couple min from town but is also secluded up in the mountain with beautiful views. Driveway is steep so I would recommend 4x4 if expecting snow. Overall we loved this place and look forward to going back!

Property was just as advertised. Beautiful views. Secluded. It was a cabin but felt modern. Game room in garage was an added bonus.

Maggie Valley

We had a wonderful time for our wedding weekend. We are able to entertain our family members who attended. There were plenty of games downstairs and in the closets to entertain everyone. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect

Wonderful cabin located close to town but certainly private. Comfortable with all the amenities one would need-kitchen/cooking, game room,etc. Erik and Erin and great communicators and gave suggestions on local events we would not have known about. Very dog friendly with treats on the counter! Certainly would stay here again!

Perfect mountain house!

Buck Mountain Retreat is the perfect mountain house! It's super cute and the views are amazing! You can't ask for a better location. Erin and Eric are great to work with and went out of their way to make sure our family had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back for sure!

Lovely Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay at this picturesque cabin. Every morning we would have our coffee to a view of the mountains. The location is quiet and secluded - but also very close to town and amenities. All cooking supplies and utensils were available- a variety of spices were on hand as well. The hosts were in contact regularly and provided suggestions about activities going on the surrounding communities. Highly recommend staying here!

Sister's Retreat

We had a fabulous time. It rained most of the time but we still had plenty to do. Games, movies, and fun conversations with my sisters. Close to town buy it felt very secluded. Erin our host was fabulous to work with. She was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely keep this on our list for the future and will recommend it to friends.

Perfect place for Rest & Relaxation

The property is the perfect location and has all the little extras needed to provide a nice, relaxing place to unwind from the rest of the world. Comfortable beds, nice linens, the house has everything you need. Beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. The owners provide everything you need for a great stay. Great internet, spectrum cable, games, firepit, the deck is a great place to unwind after a day of adventuring. Absolutely spotless, well organized, private but close to everything. We will be back, hopefully in the fall.

Felt like a luxury tree house! House was clean, beautifully decorated with a rustic woodsy feel. Communication with the hosts was very good. Just a few observations after our stay; Driveway is very steep and has a 45 degree angle to get to the parking spots. Which can be challenging to navigate.The main floor bathroom is small. Very narrow shower and narrow toilet area. The downstairs sleeping area was ok but the stairs to get there were very steep, which was mentioned in the description. Overall, house offered beautiful views and surroundings. We enjoyed our stay!
