It is very hard to find and somewhat confusing if you do not know the island. Place was clean and spacious but there are notes everywhere about what you have to do and my husband was put off by them. It was confusing about the parking pass bc the listing says you have to go pay for it but when you get in the condo it was in a basket by the front door-that was a nice touch. Also first day the next door neighbors dog barked for 6 hours. Interesting view of the marsh -very pretty but the balcony was sparse. The bed was super comfy and there is a step stool in closet to help you get into it.

This place was as described. Perfect for a relaxing time. The pool and gate codes had changed but a friendly neighbor gave us the correct code. Beautiful views of the marsh and we loved watching the boats, tides changing, and the birds. The only small issue was finding hairs on the bathroom floor and some of the dishes were in cabinet but not clean. Still would stay here again.

This was the perfect apartment for our quick stay down in HHI. Killer views, stocked with everything we needed, quiet and very clean. Price-wise, it was more affordable than most local hotels. Restaurants and shopping were very close. We stopped for Kilwins ice cream Friday night and did a little shopping at Shelter Cove. The apartment also came with a parking pass for Palmetto Dunes and we parked there and went to the beach Saturday. I would definitely rent this place again.

Our stay was very nice. The property is in a great location and great views of the marsh and sunset. The property could have been a little cleaner though. Many of the kitchen utensils were dirty and needed to be washed again before using, there was still a few towels in the washing machine and the shower drain needs to be repaired, but other than those minor notes it really is a great place to stay. Do note that there is an additional fee for parking that is not included in the rental. It's not a lot but did take us by surprise.

The villa was just as I had expected. The view was fantastic! Location was great. Easy in and out. Especially the side gate so you could walk to the shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove.

Place was clean, and everything we needed. Best thing about the trip was the view at sunrise and sunset. My wife and I had a great time and will be using this property again!

Great communication from the host/property manager. Very clean and well appointed unit. Outstanding view of the marshland. Access to a number of restaurants within walking distance. As former residents of Hilton Head who frequently continue to visit this unit met all of our expectations.

Received two sets of security codes for gate and unit door which was confusing. Gate code for the side gate to the marina never worked. Didn’t realize that I had to pay separately for a parking pass, every other place I have stayed in, the parking pass was included.

The unit is very nicely decorated and furnished with very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Super quiet and peaceful and convenient to everything. Highly recommend.

Great property…Great location

Loved this property. Perfect for a couple. Views are spectacular and all the comforts of home are offered. Would offer a couple of minor suggestions…. A second small tv in the bedroom would be nice. The bathroom is just fine but a shower instead of a tub would be a plus. Will consider staying there again in a heartbeat.

A beautiful stay

Our second visit to Hilton Head, we love this condo, its so quiet here and the million dollar view! The condo was well equipped had everything we needed. The Marina is next door with 2 great restaurants and bars, 5 minutes away. Also 5 minutes to any grocery store and other restaurants. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife and boats. We will definitely return here again and stay longer next time.
