Thank you for your review, John. Beaver Run is a bit dated but the location is great for accessing the heart of Breckenridge Main St and Breckenridge Ski Resort.

As noted, our home does not have air conditioning, which is common in the Breckenridge area due to the typically mild mountain climate. That said, we do provide fans, and temperatures usually cool off significantly in the evenings. We understand that warmer-than-expected weather can happen during the summer months, and we truly appreciate your perspective as we continue looking for ways to improve guest comfort. Holly, Thank you so much for your review. Breckenridge Resort does have high parking rates, however, you do not need a car to stay at this location. It is walking distance to Main Street, the free bus route (that can take you anywhere in the County) and is ski in/ski out for easy access to the slopes! We hope you will rent with us again soon.
