Questa proprietà di lusso con vista sull'oceano è completa di vista libera sulle acque dei Caraibi, da due balconi privati. Situato al Cupecoy Beach Club nella splendida St. Martin, il condominio premium con 3 camere da letto offre comodità a tutto ciò che St. Offerte Martin / Maarten. Situato sul lato olandese dell'isola, vicino al confine francese ea 5 minuti dall'aeroporto, questo condominio è completamente attrezzato. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, grande TV a schermo piatto, bagno e bagno padronale. La seconda camera da letto dispone di due letti queen size, bagno completo, balcone privato con vista sull'oceano, bagno e grande TV a schermo piatto. La 3a camera da letto è il soppalco recentemente aggiunto sopra la cucina / soggiorno con 2 letti matrimoniali e TV a schermo piatto. Il condominio è stato recentemente ristrutturato con piastrelle nuove, banconi in granito e favolosi bagni e cucina. La cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata, con smaltimento dei rifiuti, forno a microonde, frigorifero con macchina per il ghiaccio, macchina per il caffè e forno tostapane. I balconi offrono una vista completa sull'oceano con sedie a sdraio e tavolo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di condizionatori d'aria separati con telecomando. Il condominio ha un servizio giornaliero, tranne la domenica. Parcheggio e piscina recentemente rinnovata proprio fuori dalla porta di casa. È solo una breve passeggiata per una spiaggia privata, e Atlantis Casino dall'altra parte della strada con meravigliosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Perfetto per una famiglia numerosa, due famiglie o molti amici. Goditi i tramonti da entrambi i balconi! Lozione solare è d'obbligo. Aggiunti di recente: accesso a Internet WIFI ad alta velocità.

We loved the unit and everything about it. Great location right on a small private beach. Very clean and secure. Nicely appointed and the host seems to have thought of everything a guest could need. We've been to SXM many times and this was the best.

Great condo great location. Only thing not so great was the upstairs loft stays a little warm. I understand heat rises but there’s an ac unit upstairs and it just didn’t cool down like the rest of the house making it a little difficult to sleep at night with it being warm. Otherwise perfect vacation rental.

I wish you mentioned this during your stay. There is a full a/c unit in the loft and there is an a/c unit in the connected main living area. If you put them both on it is generally an ice box in there, if you want. I will have the a/c unit it looked at to make sure it is operating correctly but it is oversized for the space. Sorry that it wasn't perfect for you.

Our stay was excellent due to top quality amenities as described on the website. The host was very accommodating and gave prompt helpful replies to our inquiries. The location was great and the view from the balcony exceptional. There are restaurants and grocery stores and several beaches within walking distance.

Home was as listed. Host was very responsive and super helpful prior to arrival answering all questions asked and we had a few. Good location within walking distance to some good restaurants and short drive to some night spots. Nice beach area. Wish the weather would have cooperated better.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is great and the view is as good as the pictures show. It was an easy walk to two beaches and a handful of restaurants and grocery markets. We ran into a few issues during our stay but Chuck was very responsive to help us resolve them.

Great location and place to stay in St. Maarten

Have been traveling to SXM for many years and love the location of this condo in Cupecoy Beach Club. Chuck was great to communicate and answer our questions quickly. Pool has a swim up bar and light menu available. Condo has a direct view over the ocean and sunset and lots of amenities provided with the condo - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, kitchen cooking etc. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend this condo!

Awesome beachfront condo

Our family of 4 spent a great week in this lovely condo for a relaxing vacation. The condo is very spacious and well furnished with all you need. The beaches on either side of the condo are both beautiful and are very different. After traveling around the island, I was so happy we chose this rental in this area. It is close to so much and a short trip to most of the island, but peaceful and quiet which you will appreciate after the noise and bustle of other areas. The staff at the complex are pleasant and helpful, and the unit is kept spotless.

Great property

Cupecoy beach club is a great place . MAd a lot of friends and hope to return. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the palms and ocean was unbelievable and watching the yachets go by was great

Beautiful Condo + Location

My son and I stayed in this condo to attend a family reunion. We had never been to St Maarten. The unit is very large and VERY nicely decorated. The ocean views are breathtaking. The complex is gate secured 24 / 7. The owners use local managers who live in the complex. They were very pleasant and helpful. Walk across the street to the casino + kind of a restaurant row. The beach is small but essentially private to the condo complex. Walk out the front gate, turn right, walk across the golf course to a popular public beach. If you need groceries or supplies drive out the front gate, turn left and travel about 1/2 mile to a traffic round about, turn right. The owners respond quickly to questions. This unit is A+++

Amazing Condo, Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time staying here on our family vacation Dec. 23, 2013 to Jan. 6, 2014. The condo is updated and beautiful. It had every thing we needed. The cooler, beach chairs & towels, and the washer/dryer were especially nice to have. The location is ideal. We could walk to Maho and Porto Cupecoy. We loved the view and the sound of the Caribbean Sea from the two balconies. The pool/restaurant was nice. It seemed to always have several people around, but it was never too crowded. We ate lunch there one day. However, most of the time we were off exploring different beaches. We always felt safe with the 24 hour security. One night we left an interior light on in the rental car, and a security guy was at our door within 10 minutes to let us know. He even went back down with me to help me figure out how to turn it off. They were watching everything that went on in the complex. Eris was friendly and did a great job keeping the place clean. We only saw her a few times because we were on the go, but we always knew she had been there. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The one overlooking the beach was just as big as the master bedroom. All three bathrooms and the kitchen are updated with tile and granite. There were plenty of towels, dishes, ice. Everything was great. We were actually pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. Simpson Bay is a short drive and has a lot of great restaurants. One of our favorite beaches, Mullet Bay Beach, is an easy walk from the condo. The beach is beautiful and they had a great food stand with ribs and chicken & drinks. The Atlantis Casino is just across the street. If you go there, be prepared to smell like smoke. It is fun though. There are several pizza/bar type places two blocks past the casino (next to a Chinese grocery store) that cater to the medical school students. We had some great food & drinks there a couple of nights. The students were gone over Christmas so it was pretty quiet in that area. We hope to be back soon!

Valentines Day Getaway...

My wife and I visited this property for a Valentines Day/weekend getaway, and it was just what the doctor ordered... We had an incredible time, and the condo met and exceeded all of our expectations -- the view was just that spectacular!!! The owner, property manager, and housekeeper were all great to work with. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone that wants a quiet place to stay with a phenomenal ocean view... Sunset beach bar is always a great/entertaining place to go visit and people/plane watch. Spiga Restaurant over in Grand Case was an incredible meal, and the team at Shiva's Gold & Gems in Philipsburg treated us like family just as they have done for the 20+ years we have worked with them. We are looking forward to coming back later in 2013....
